The breakfast included was fine. I was leery about trying the eggs but they were actually good. They had free coffee all day. The room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Hot tub was not on. They said because of the second floor was being remodeled. I was not sure what that meant. That was the main reason for my stay so I was disappointed. I reserved online so I guess I should have called and confirmed instead of just assuming. The tv had no guide channel. So we had no clue what was on and at what time. Also, the parking lot had quite a few potholes. I know its winter in Wisconsin but they were pretty big.

The staff, food, the cleanliness was all amazing. We love the size of the pool, and the size of the rooms.

What I didn’t like about this place, is your website show that there is a hot tub in there is indeed no hot tub. That was the full purpose for this trip, and I feel like your website lied and let me down. The pool was amazing, size wise, but absolutely FREEZING!!!!

I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for my needs. The day manager and the breakfast lady were super nice people. I also really liked the unique room--single bed with couch and chair, desk, and even a little breakfast nook. In a square instead of rectangle format.

Hotel was in the middle of renovations, so half of it was blocked off. The hot tub wasn't available "indefinitely." I also thought the night manager was a little "short" with his instructions and responses, but overall he wasn't bad.

The room was very nice.

Parking was less than adequate. I require handicapped parking. When we returned to the hotel later that evening there weren't any handicap parking spots or even any regular spots. We drove completely around the hotel several times looking for a spot. We had to park along the driveway into the hotel.

It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! The room was spacious and the beds were wonderful!!

Parking lot wasn’t the greatest, but I understand they had construction work going on.

Service was very friendly and warm. Hotel was very clean. It was a nice location and easy to get to. I paid a very fair price for a great stay.

I was a little bummed the hot tub was under construction but the pool was available and wasn't cold.

It wasn’t as modern as some Holiday Inns, but still clean and convenient location. Breakfast was good, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels etc.

Pancake machine wasn’t running due to lack of batter. Hot tub apparently hadn’t been working since February which was a disappointment. Pool was ok however the sides could use a good scrubbing as grime buildup was noticeable. Overall the hotel needs to be updated to be more in line with what one expects from a Holiday Inn.

The king size room was very large with a sofa, kitchenette and lots of room for our little one to play. The staff provided a requested crib within minutes. Housekeeping was very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was great and hot coffee regular or decaf is available all day.

They are going to need more parking.

I didn’t have btreakfast but I had trouble with the keurig the next am. However it worked the night before so I’m guessing I did something wrong😥
