Madeline, the food lady, was friendly and helpful. The eating area was clean and well stocked. Tyler was accommodating for an extended checkout. The food was good. Bed was comfortable. Great stay.

Sheena (manager maybe?) seemed to be more into her phone than her job. Ran out of bananas. (Not serious) Little mold in the caulking around the bathtub. It was clean, but silicone caulking should be replaced with mold resistant caulking.

We liked the room. The hotel was convenient for our needs. Parking was good. The staff was very attentive to whatever you needed.

We were disappointed that the breakfast was not the usual we find at other hotels. There wasn’t much of a choice to eat. The hot food was not appetizing. Usually, there is a waffle maker and better choices for hot breakfast. needless to say we went out to breakfast all three days. Management needs to rethink their breakfast choices. Checking out what other hotels are serving for breakfast would be very helpful.

Nice furnishings and decor .. employees were ALL very nice ..great towels and shower supplies ..nice breakfast.. too bad it couldn’t be kept hotter somehow

Noisy at times.. our room was right on the driveway and heard cars and people coming in and out too much.. plus a bar type place next door..t.v was either really hard to figure out or wasn’t working right. Swimming pool did not work and we were not told that when booking the room. All said it would have been worth the price if the pool worked

The staff was extremely nice. The building is older but everything has been updated and in good working order.

Possibly my own fault but I pulled into the wrong entrance twice after dark. Perhaps a sign helping guests see the difference between the entrance to Fairfield vs the bowling alley next door.

I like the cleanest off the room,friendly stuff ,very good location.

I wasn't happy That I got charge 29 extra dollars to my invoice, whit out an explanation off the charges.

The General Manager was awesome! He was very friendly and personable. He made me and my family feel very welcomed. My reservation from booking.com was delayed coming through to there system and bring that we had traveled from Indiana, we were all tired. He found a way to get us checked into our rooms while still using my Booking.com rates and without a long wait time. That meant a lot to me!! I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast but, my son said it had a nice variety.

we couldn’t get connected to the Wifi so we could watch Netflix.

Its a great hotel, clean, they had a good selection of breakfast as well. We will be staying again.

The only bad thing the pool was cold.

I was happy with the cleanliness of the room and facility overall. Although we didn't eat breakfast here (our trip was for the sole purpose of visiting Frank's Diner in Kenosha), we did check out the breakfast options and everything looked fresh and delicious.

There was a huge thunderstorm that came through and since the room windows are only single panes of glass it was very noisy. If these wasn't 45 mph winds it probably would have been fine.

The pool was closed due to COVID but reopened my first night as COVID restrictions are lifting. Free breakfast was nice! Employees were courteous and always spoke whether you were coming or going.

Cleaning services were still limited.
