Staff was nice and helpful. They gave us tips and recommendations of location places and let us know about the Fireworks happening after our arrival and best location to view them. There was a nice pond out front and we were able to fish for a while catching a number of nice small fish, which was fun experience for the kids.

The food was decent but nothing special. Pool was on the smaller side but functional and clean. Location was conveniently located near the highway and close to movie theater, but not slight drive to much else.

After a fair share of problems with Hilton Group Hotels in the Midwest, we finally arrived in Racine. What can we say: this was by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Everyone is fully engaged to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, attentive. Example: Pool towels were not just put in a shelf, but spread on the tables around the pool and nicely placed. Almost reminded me of a cruise ship. The breakfast was fine, staff cleaned up after every person.

The facility is new and clean. It’s also modern, so there are things here that make the stay much more comfortable, like the gym and laundry. They have an indoor pool as well. The breakfast that is served in the morning is great and it will staffed and organized. They continue to help make every stay a great experience.

The was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

I liked the fresh variety of food options and the helpfulness of the staff working at the breakfast station. The workout room was clean and peaceful.

Sunday was looking forward to the breakfast options. The oatmeal was a hit for us Saturday. Sunday the oatmeal was not fresh and with a clean pot and hot could have been great as new.

Breakfasts were great. Awesome staff and the room was amazing with the amenities included. Nice size refrigerator,microwave, dishwasher, real plates and mugs, silverware. So comfortable.

Nothing. This particular hotel is off the charts.

Everything was perfect, the facilities, the price, parking, the breakfast. Everything was very nice, comfortable, and super clean. Most of all, the people at the front desk and the staff in general were exceptional. Everything was way above our expectations. Keep up the great work.

Clean facilities, friendly staff. My one night business travel did not allow me to take advantage of the family oriented facilities like the grills and fireplace and pool. For family vacations your chain will be my first consideration.

The central air in our room did not consistently cool

The entire staff is very attentive and kind. Rooms and facilities were all very clean. Breakfast was delicious, we would definitely recommend!
