Staff were very friendly. The fact we could book for only one night was whhat brought us. We stayed at another kenosha hotel one night for last eight years around the same time. This year they needed a minimum of two and wouldnt budge. So they lost our buisiness. We had not stayed in a clarion before so we were expecting ok but actually got more for less money. As long as you allow one night stays you will have our business.

Excellent! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted. Beautiful sitting area with vending machines, a fireplace, breakfast and coffee. Reservation was painless and fast. Let me tell you about the rooms! Nicely modern and SUPER clean. I'm very picky as I would assume most are. Comfortable bed, shower was nice and relaxing. I went down to the gym and then I used their indoor hot tub. Very clean and nice. Close to stores if needed, restaurants and short distance to downtown. Book here! Thank you at the front desk for an exceptional stay!

It looks like the hotel was recently flipped and overall it looks great and the concept of lighthouses is very. Feels upscale until you start noticing a few nuances here and there. Such as crooked pictures and hanging mirror. Overall very pleased with the stay.

The night desk attendant seemed very grouchy. At one point walking through the lobby there was a huge whiff of marijuana in the air. Perhaps this is why he was so grouchy.. unsure as he wasn’t talkative.

If I had to say something then our fridge in rm 242 was noisy but we just it off for the 2 nights. And maybe this won't some other people anyway.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent!!! The room was comfortable and clean and there was plenty of hot water. There was everything I needed for a good night's rest - decent-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron and ironing board. The location is nice and quiet.

The room I had was right next to reception so you can hear people walking past and in the dining area, but that was only in the morning and not too early, so not a huge deal.

Facility looks recently updated. Was nice.

Facility accepts pets and you pay extra for that, but the room we got was not supposed to be a pet room. Later at night smelled like a dog had been in it! It was too late and not that bad, so I just told management when leaving. Pets should be restricted to certain rooms and carefully monitored so people don't sneak them into nonpet rooms!

I did not eat the breakfast as we had other plans. I appreciated getting the list of restaurants in the area. The dog area and picnic tables outside very nice. Dogs are confined small area around the back of hotel, signs were posted but i wasn't told this when I checked in.

A lot of road construction going on and it made getting around a bit difficult for us as we didn't know area at all. Of course there is nothing you can do about that but it will be lovely when it's finished.
