I never knew about the breakfast, I was told that they stopped given breakfast due to that there was a restaurant next door , which was extremely expensive.

The housekeeper,, she could have been a little more helpful and nice , when I’d go and ask for something she would answer rudely, Abe she was always on her phone sitting down , and instead of getting up to give me what I needed she would just say it’s there on the cart get what you need , and she’d continue being on her phone , I asked if she was on her break that I wouldn’t bother but she would say no I am not on break !!!

The property is easy to find and right off the interstate. The parking lot is very clean and the staff was great. Lots of security cameras so don’t worry about feeling safe.

No elevator, only one ice machine and very small eating area. I’m a trucker so it didn’t bother me but some one else might find it a issue. The property sits directly across from the Petro truck stop so at night trucks will park along the street if the truck stop is full. At the end of the road is a industrial park so be carful pulling out on to the street. Also my windows in my room were cracked open and I see why. When I closed them the air in the room felt a little damp.

The staff. They knew about my wife’s surgery and would ask about her when I came in. The staff were attentive to my difficulty in walking and help bring in luggage. Two guests staying there assisted one night.

For those who have difficulty walking, we tile is a fear and threat to falling. You have a shower mat, but it is small compared to the rest of the tiled floor that is both in the bathroom and entry way. It would help to have several ‘shower mats’ to line up from the shower to the carpet.

It is located very convenient to the city, everything was 10-15 min away. Also being that highways make it fast and efficient to travel anywhere in the city, you’re literally next to a major highway. Loved the lobby area, spent most of my time there watching tv with family.

Little features that made it more comfortable: several trash cans not just one, a freezer in the refrigerator combo, an insulated ice bucket it just made that so much nicer. Lots of lights, sometimes hotel rooms are so dim this one had many lamps and they are all functional and very nice.

The internet was very unreliable I couldn't download anything all weekend. Somehow I got skipped over for maid service that was frustrating.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I flew in from Orlando and called to see if I could check in early. They said yes with no hesitation! The hotel is updated and very clean! I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were clean I felt very good to rest after I arrived from my long work very good just to rest👍🏻

I think they should improve breakfast, to be honest, they only gave me a bag with a juice and a yogurt🫤

the front desk clerk was funny, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only issue I had was I went to the door of the building that had the sign in the front. That building was locked and dark. so I walked across the parking lot to the building next to it, and that was the building was the real hotel. Other than that it was a very very relaxing stay. and the continental breakfast smelled amazing. unfortunately I had to leave 10 min after it opened. so no time for a good breakfast.

Best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel, I wish I knew what mattress that was! Very pet friendly there were a few options for Dogs to do their business upon. Plenty of parking and food options and gas right next door.

No elevator for the handicapped, but there are not many floors anyway

Exceeded our expectations!! Wonderful staff! Indoor pool and hot tub!! Nice clean room! nice setup (Great for family with kids!) And good restaurants within a mile!!!
