The location close to downtown Antioch made it convenient to walk into town for meals. The rooms are spacious and bright with a sofa and desk.

Some of the staff don't seem to like their jobs. That is unfortunate but in a service business it reflects on the property. The breakfast is mediocre but available. I wish they would have an onsite food option.

We told the front desk that we were leaving at 5am. We asked if they would have at least some coffee ready for us. The breakfast service doesn’t start normally till 6am. Well they had the whole thing ready, coffee, waffles, bread, bagels, and some danishes before 5am. We were ready to walk to McDs for breakfast which was only 200 feet away but we didn’t have to do. So we didn’t have to pay for breakfast. The pool area was amazing and the hot tub was actually hot. Our room was on the road side and I was surprised that I didn’t hear any traffic noise. The room air conditioning unit was NOT as loud as some places I’ve stayed before. I slept very comfortably. More pillows than I needed. We r definitely staying there again. Our situation for our stay and our upcoming stay was because we r in the process of selling our house and we needed to stay somewhere close and safe because we had a open bed truck with exposed stuff and a enclosed trailer with a little lock to secure it.

The only thing, the tv won’t turn on. With some troubleshooting,I figured it out before I called the front desk, it was the outlet, it was loose. Service was dish tv and literally half the channels didn’t work, very grainy, but they had FOX news, so I didn’t care.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was large. Clean bedding and towels every day.. the breakfast buffet was fresh and stocked.

Breakfast could have included eggs, bacon, sausage. And the day before we checked out no one cleaned our room or empty the garbage.

The price of the room is way to high. I understand that this is the only hotel in Antioch but, I feel that they are price gouging. The TV was terrible. They should at least have hulu,Netflix, you tube TV, something more than the basic they have.

I asked for a closed out bill at checkout. I still don't have the bill. "We'll email it" to would not cut it for my employer US Government.If there was a dispute, I want it fixed on site.

The breakfast had a nice selection with cinnamon spice waffles. We liked the decor, ppol, and the beds were really comfortable!

It was a little loud near the busy road in the morning. We thought they might have bacon and eggs for breakfast.

I didn't have the breakfast, but my coworker was bragging about how good the breakfast was after I was hungry an hour after we left. He always has hotel breakfast when we are out, but he has never gushed about one this much before. So I assume it must have been really good. I was not expecting a hotel bar with a mini-casino next to it. The bar closes at 10:00pm which was before we made it back to the hotel, but we checked it out before we left that night and it looked really nice. Like a real bar.

Nothing, in my opinion.

the hotel was a nice looking place, and was easily found. places to eat were near by. it was clean and staff was friendly. I slept with ease and bed was comfortable.

being a senior, the pool was cold. but i enjoyed the hot tub.

Room was clean and comfortable; breakfast buffet was fine and convenient. Very pleasant desk staff and bartender in the Fox’s Bar on site. My husband used the pool and enjoyed it.

Hotel is now part of the Clarion Hotels group so sign had changed; we saw that in a previous review so we were not confused but it should be updated in the listing with Booking.com. There is no daily room service but hotel will provide clean towels, etc…should also be noted.

location was great. clean for he most part. Comfy beds.

bathroom floor not real clean; tv remote didn’t work; smell of marijuana overpowering in hallways. name was changed in July and it’s now Clarion. wrong phone number on your booking email (goes to a place in Elk Grove Village). We wasted slot of time trying yo find this place since info was all wrong
