All areas of the hotel were not only clean, but were being cleaned on a regular basis all the 3 days we were there. Our room, including the bathroom? Spotless. No stains, bad caulk, weird smells. The pool was CLEAN. No scum at the waterline, nothing collected at the bottom. The shower room/ toilet there was also CLEAN. Front Staff texted several times to be sure we were happy. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of unending, fresh, healthy options. Wait staff was friendly and efficient, while the chef and restaurant manager both stopped to speak with our family to be sure we were pleased. I also noted management walking inside and out, checking the building and grounds, one even picking up a bit of trash. One of the best hotels, foreign or domestic, that I've stayed at. It was clear that the staff, from the bottom on up, was vested in our stay.

Nothing. Honestly, nothing.

I liked the check in - Roman was very helpful as I was having a diabetic incident and facilitated everything promptly and efficiently. "Thank you". The room was recently renovated and it had a very comfy king bed and a like new queen pull out couch. Large TV dorm fridge, microwave Keurig coffee maker in a very nice cabinet with contemporary scratch proof tops. The computer wrap around desk was just what I needed to work and the oval table with wheels was very handy. Roman sent up extra blankets fast and traded us quarters to do laundry. He really made our stay flow without any concerns. Gave us local directions too.

Carpet in the rooms. yuck yuck yuck. I feel carpet retains the dirt and critters from prior guests. No carpet please! The toggle light switches on the lights took a minute to adapt to. We needed more blankets. The bedding was white clean and perfect for summer. But we wanted something heavier for the cooler weather. Put them in a drawer or closet. Larger trash containers. We stayed three nights and used our own trash bags.

Most importantly to me, Responsive staff and next level customer service and they were clearly experienced with strong backgrounds in the hospitality industry. Natasza especially deserves high praise. Gorgeous room Super clean Brand new bedding Premium decor and facilities

TV couldn't show programs due to locked controls so you have to go channel by channel waiting for commercials to end to figure out what was on. We gave up trying to find a movie since you couldn't even cast from your phone. The couch pulled out into a bed that had certainly seen better days, but seeing as we didn't end up needing it, it wasn't a concern.

Nice room in general, front desk attendant was super sweet

I wish the hotel restaurant wasn't as overpriced so I would've went there. The room had quite a few large chips in the baseboards and door frames, but I understand how hard it would be for maintenance to attend to every detail in all the many hotel rooms. There was no ceiling light at all in the bedroom area, which is a weird decision. The two bedside lamps aren't enough light for that whole room...even the addition of a big floor lamp in one of the corners would help.

My room was ready at the time I arrived. The staff was great and very attentive in spite of the hotel being very busy on an holiday weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable.

It seemed that at one time both elevators were not working. Ultimately, this wasn’t a huge deal for me even being on the 6th floor but I could imagine it being difficult for some guests.

The beds were very comfortable and room was amazing

There website showed a bar. We specifically booked this because of the bar. We wanted to be able to drink and not have to worry about drinking and driving. We wanted to be able to watch the Green Bay Packers playoff game. When we checked in we found out that the bar was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. We booked it for a Sunday and had to drive to a restaurant to watch the game which defeated the purpose of staying here

I appreciated the room. The bed was comfortable. I was able to easily adjust the temperature. And the bedding was thick enough that you felt covered when you got into bed. I also appreciated the movable writing desk so I adjust where I was sitting and still be able to write.

I would have liked another lamp or two for lighting in the parking lot. It was very dark by the time I arrived and parking lot could have been better lit.

The pool was fantastic, a level above the Holiday Inn in Elgin. The staff was absolutely wonderful...attentive without suffocation, caring, kind, and knowledgeable.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. Everything was fantastic!

I found the receptionists to be exceptionally professional and kind. The lobby areas provided abundant seating options for our comfort. The rooms were also clean and spacious, and I really appreciated the refrigerator since I have special dietary needs.

The timing of the housekeeping was a little strange, but otherwise no complaints.
