Loved that everything was close together, loved the look and location. Staff was very nice/helpful.

Beds so high my senior citizen mom did have a hard time getting in bed-we had go buy a step stool for the second night. Also having bowling reserved by a party the entire time it’s open. There should be some limit. We didn’t get to enjoy that at all and that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. That’s very unfair.

The staff was great, making sure all of our needs were met. The room was spacious, with a nice view of the golf course. We ate at the hotel signature restaurant and the food was good, with great staff.

We didn't like that we had to leave out of the hotel and walk over to the pool, and spa facility, if there had of been bad weather we would have gotten exposed to the elements, not good.

The breakfast buffet was great! We went both mornings. The spa was wonderful and the pool is outstanding. We also bowled, which was a fun option. Rooms were comfortable, quiet. Several of us golfed and it was nice.

Dinner was so-so. There is a shooting range somewhere nearby and it was pretty noisy, but at least not late. Our floor was full of ladybugs.

Our staycation for our anniversary was good. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The lower level restaurant was okay. My issue was the lack of security patrolling. It was Valentine’s Day weekend so it was busy. There was people just sitting in hallways and kids for a group trip running back and forth. They definitely seemed short staffed.

The spa was amazing!! The staff was very friendly and informative.

I door dashed food, instead of the front desk letting me know it was down there it just sat. I checked by calling the front desk to see if it was there, staff who answered the phone was very short and unfriendly. The only downside of my stay.

The property was well located for our purposes. I liked being on the golf course.

The room seemed a bit small and the hallways were also tight. Not a deal breaker but some may feel cramped. The breakfast buffet was nice but very expensive especially for a family.

The friendliness of the staff on duty at the time and a place to relax with nothing to do, if you were looking for that.

The price that I paid did not match the quality of the room. The rooms and the Spa fitness facilities were a bit dated. The unpleasant event was the room where we stayed was really cold and drafty, due to the patio doors. To balance the cold we had to turn the heat up to 78 or 79 degrees. The building where the Spa, pool, and steam room were located was somewhat inconvenient, due to the building being across the parking lot, and walking from the pool to the rooms in cold was not great. This probably wouldn't be an issue in the warm months but in the cold there needs to be some type of connecting bridge to get back and forth.

It was quiet and peaceful

I waited in line to check in. The time with more tham 10 minutes This was surprising with modern technology forr keyles entry in use mostly in the hotel and resort industry.

The cleanliness of the resort was exceptional!

The spa needs to be updated. The showers there took a long time to become hot and the tranquility room was not comfortable. The couches are very low and the music too loud.

Beautiful setting and decor.

Breakfast buffet is $23. It did look delicious and much better than the average hotel. However we were too cheap to start our day that way.
