We had the deluxe king suite with a pull out couch, the room itself was big, high ceilings, very spacious. The daily breakfast was great and changed everyday, like scrambled eggs one day, biscuits and gravy the next. The pool was small but perfect for kids.

Not to nit pick because I know how it is, but hair stuck in the shower drain from previous guest, and the water pressure was worse than any campground I've been to. I have thick long hair, it would have been faster to use the sink. Also a sticky residue that covered EVERY piece of furniture, desk, dressers, bedside tables. Not sure if it was a wood finish that they just didn't seal because clorox wipes ended up having the wood color on them after trying to remove the sticky. Lastly, we left an open chocolate bar on the nightstand overnight and woke up to it covered in ants. Never saw the ants before or after food was taken care of. Oh ya, and the hottub no longer exists.

It was clean! The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. The staff was very accommodating and thankfully gave us a first floor room for the rest of our stay.

After checking in and paying for the room the evening front desk clerk very flippantly said the elevator was broke. I had recently had hip replacement and was not happy at all. The stairs were very difficult for me but we were exhausted from the drive so we stayed the first night and the issue was resolved the next morning.

The breakfast was supreme very clean area and an attendant to help you with your options I believe her name Esperanza the front desk lady was very very nice and accommodating I didn’t catch her name but she was very helpful . I traveled alone I felt safe at this location

The beds could have been softer but very nice remodeled no weird smells ! Which was a big plus

Came here on the afternoon and the front desk didnt treat us well. She was rude. Didn’t even greet when we came, didn’t even say thank you. Gave us keys to the room but it didn’t work. Called the front desk while I was in 3rd floor and she didn’t even say sorry and just said “you need to go to the front desk” that’s all not even a sorry. When I went downstairs to tell her that the key didn’t work, she said “did you go to the right room?” Are you kidding me ? I’ve been traveling to so many states and stay in so many hotels! After i said yes I did went to the right room. she just said “oh really” ????? What the hell is that answer ??

THE ICE MACHINE HAD MOLD ON & IN IT ONE OF THE BED'S HAD HAIR ON IT SO IT WAS NOT CLEAN OR CHANGED THERE WAS NO SHAMPOO IN THE DISPENSER IN THE BATHROOM AND THE WINDOW CURTAINS IN ROOM WERE NASTY NEEDED TO BE CLEAN NEEDS A LITTLE WORK BUT I'VE STAYED IN WORSE!!!!!

I loved how clean and personable the staff is the breakfast was amazing. There were two women and particular that work in the morning to afternoon (Hispanic -sorry I did not get there names) that were amazing and so helpful. Thank you all !

That complimentary breakfast is amazing! I never had omelets, bacon, sausage patties at a hotel before. Very impressive. Usually it's just dry packaged muffins and the waffle mix machine. Also the front desk gal was very nice. Gabriella :)

The construction happening on the 3rd floor. Thankfully they were working afternoon, but since my event didn't take place till after 3pm, I was still in my room. That's the only time I heard it.

As usual it’s always very very clean! It really makes you feel very comfortable knowing everything is clean. Great environment and a nice breakfast selection with amazing staff.

Very good breakfast. Large bathroom. Large bedroom. Everything worked. Elevator worked fine. Anna at the front was very helpful.
