Booked a king suite and it was very spacious and very clean. Property doors do lock and requires you to have your hotel room key card to gain entry during late hours so that allowed me to feel safe. Suite shop is very convenient. 24 hours of hot water, coffee and hot chocolate was a plus. Tv is programmed with streaming services :)

Bathroom layout is very weird. The powder room is outside the toilet and shower so if my partner or myself went to use the restroom late at night we would definitely wake each other when we went to turn the light on and wash our hands due to no door! Mini fridge is to mini...Could only support a gallon of water alone. Fitness center is crazy small... not comfortable to work out as you will be breathing in a stranger's breath 3 machines and a few weights. nothing special.

Very nice staff. Will help anyway. Eg. We brought food back and, instead of eating in our room, asked if we could eat at the tables. They were willing to turn on the lights, but the similar darkness was ok for us. Even told us that they would take care of any garbage-we picked up though.

Didn't realize until the last night that the closet was behind the mirror. Think staff should mention.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Everything from self check in to the ability to choose your own room to the responsive staff to the spectacular, comfy bed. I have extreme claustrophobia and the room was comfortable. I got the king size suite and the size and roominess exceeded my expectations. The room truly matched the pictures on the website. There was plenty of parking and it was next to shopping and restaurants. We loved it here! I already booked a room for when I return to the area in April and in June.

Frre Wi-Fi could be a little better.

Our flight was delayed 3 hrs. Once we landed in midway our rental car took over 2 hrs to get. Contacted Hampton inn regarding all the delays. They were very accommodating and assured me that they would make our few hours a great experience. The front desk customer service lady at 230am was very friendly and helpful. She’ had great customer service! Thank you Hampton inn for the few hours that made us feel at home!

I wish i had a longer stay.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We especially loved Leo who was very helpful and took us to a couple of places in the hotel van. Everything was within walking distance and having a laundry on the premises was super helpful as well.

The coffee and hot water were often cold so I had to take my cup and heat it in the microwave in my room.

It was great. Need to provide sugar free sugar for diabetics, please, please, please.

Wi-Fi connection was a pain in the you know what. We were in room 330. Could never connect my IPad or husbands IPad to the “free” Wi-Fi. Could not connect my phone even with multiple tries. Called the front desk, the clerk told me to do just what I had tried. Went to the front desk. The clerk tried 5 or 6 different times and could not get it to connect. He finally put in the hotel’s connection and password and my phone connected. Every time I left the hotel and came back, I had to put in my last name and room number again. Why do you make it so difficult. I doubt other people have had as much trouble as me or your staff would know about the problem. Was very frustrating.

Excellent breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

Sorry, I can’t think of anything bad about our stay.

Location, the amenities, accessibilities, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Room cleaning was only done once within the 5 days of stay. I was scared that the room would smell of food. We tried our best to clean up after eating but some crumbs or grains would remain after picking up. If I was provided with a broom and a dustpan, I would feel better.

Very clean! The whole hotel was clean from the lobby to the room, even the hallways. It was in a great location as well.

Very expensive accommodation.

The hotel was clean, beds were soft, staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was good too. I like that the lobby always had coffee and water available.
