The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Loved having lots of pillows on the bed. Our room was very clean. The front desk person was polite and efficient at check in and check out. Location was easy to get to. Prices were reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Liked having a refrigerator. Good quality towels and enough of them.

Building was older, a bit musty smelling in elevator and hallways, but not in our room. Back entrance was unlocked when we came back from dinner. Would feel safer if it were a locked building. Breakfast was from 6-9, a little too early for us when on vacation! Would be nice to offer it till 10 am

The motel was absolutely Charming extremely clean and Mr and Mrs Patel were very welcoming and very nice people especially with Mr Patel's knee being completely screwed up and having to get around on a walker. He apologized for taking an extra maybe 5 Seconds to check me in and I told him I was retired and have nothing but time. This is an older motel but it was very very clean the staff was very nice and we had a very good visit with family and then back to sleep in very comfortable beds. Will stay there again next time I have to go back up

Attending a concert at Arcada so I just needed a place to stay for the night. Clean, comfortable room. Flat screen TV with remote. Clean bathroom and sink area. You can control the A/C and heat. Quiet place to sleep. In room frig.

Check in is kind of creepy with a man behind glass. This hotels has smoking rooms and rooms for pets. Make sure you DO NOT get one of those. Doors are NOT locked into hallways at night so anyone can come in?? Vending area old and sparse. Not much to look at from the outside.

the breakfast was adequate for the price point, however I am gluten free and there was nothing GF offered. I am used to this and bring my own GF cereal and used the supplied milk, bowl and spoon.

could not get a one bed room that was non smoking. I had to pay 10.00 more for a two bed non smoking room.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I had made an error in booking (thinking that the sofa in the sitting room in the suite was big enough for an adult to sleep on, and it was not), but they tried to help us out to see how we could still accommodate our family in that room. They were very helpful and kind.

It is true that the furnishings are outdated and old but that is also why you pay less for this hotel, so we were fine with that. There was some smoke smells in the shared sections of the hotel.

It was a reasonable price. Very clean.

The continental breakfast was a little disappointing.. no eggs or bacon.. no waffle maker. It was just bagels english muffins.. coffee juices.. and a few pastries.

The owners are great, the staff is very pleasant, helpful..Nice and Quiet which is what i need... I have no complaints.

My room cost $75. It had everything, e.g., microwave, refrigerator, tv, wifi etc. Everything was clean, comfortable, and functional.

The owners allowed us to store our bicycles inside. We were traveling on bicycles, so it was important to keep them safe. Thank you.

Did not eat hotel breakfast. Colonial Cafe next door was Awesome! Did not use pool, but it was heated and looked very clean! Everything was clean in rooms. Everything in rooms worked. No complaints. Uber rides to downtown was only $7 to $10 each way.

Staff could have been more friendly. Stairways had a funky smell.
