Very nice location, very clean and quiet. Good breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful. Good parking, easy access to the room. Very comfortable room with great shower. Will definitely stay here again at this location!

Great overall experience!

Both times I stayed were very nice. Both night and day time staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were nice and comfortable, very clean. Even though it is near a highway, it was very quiet. Didn't eat the breakfast wish they would have something for us people that had to leave early. They did let me grab juice on my way out, which was great. Definitely would stay again. They do have a pool but didn't have time to use it.Maybe next time.

The breakfast was simple, but very adequate. We appreciated the fruit, and waffles. The dining area was immaculate, and very well cared for.

Since we had 4 in our room we missed having another sink outside of the bathroom, as many motels have. However, this was a minor inconvenience and due to the number of people traveling with us.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and the per-room cost (we had two adjoining rooms). Also the helpfulness of the desk staff was amazing. For our purposes, the location was excellent. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by our stay and would definitely come back for our next visit to St. Charles!

The breakfast was very good, had a variety of breakfast items, Everything was fresh and plentiful. The eating space was clean and well organized. Enjoyed the wide selection of items available to have a healthy and filling meal.

I liked all that they offered to have a satisfied breakfast.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent and nice quiet place for me to unwind.. Reservation staff and clearing staff is very thorough and curtious.

The nicest and most helpful staff! Playground for my young kids on property and hotel was occupied but quiet!

No elevator is my only complaint because I have young kids with a lot of stuff to bring to the room etc

Very nice breakfast. Lovely fresh fruit and terrific oatmeal. Nothing particularly fancy, but very, very nice.

Would be nice if they had TCM on the TV. But other than that, very, very nice.

The front desk clerk was so nice and even called her gm for an upgrade to the jacuzzi suite as we had worked in a very cold warehouse all week and it all got worked out... Thank you it was much needed and much appreciated!!
