Room was good size, clean and strong air conditioning. Coffee maker was used to heat water for tea, very convenient. Having an iron was also nice

The address sent to me by my confirmation email was incorrect. 205 West North Avenue, Carol Stream, IL 60188, the address given to me sends me to someplace 15 mins further down north ave in the middle of an industrial area, no hotel in sight. I had to locate the hotel by entering the name of the hotel directly into Google maps instead of the address.

I enjoyed the breakfast and liked the variety offered. Hotel location was very convenient for my needs.

I have previously stayed at the property and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. That was my reason for booking it again and was very disappointed that the pool area was closed and that there is no longer a jacuzzi

Very comfortable and a lovely facility. The breakfast was yummy and bed was great.

I used the link for directions through booking.com to get to the Hampton Inn hotel in Carol Stream IL. It took us way wrong as the address was not correct. After 45 minutes and two calls to the hotel, and getting the correct address we made it to the hotel just in time to then go to a family visitation in Wheaton Illinois.

Really clean, great breakfast options, very convenient to many stores and businesses around. Seems to have been recently renovated.

My room was facing a well-lit car dealership. It was hard to keep the bright lights out completely, but it wasn’t too bad. Otherwise everything was great!

Location was great for where we needed to travel to back and forth. Breakfast was good

I didn’t like the bed it kept slipping off the box spring. There were strange noises that kept going on and off during the evening while trying to sleep. I appreciated that we were able to check in early but I thought $54 dollars was rather high for a 3 hr. Early check in

Needed more seating! No tables available for us to eat as a family, so we had to carry our food to our room which was disappointing

We were moving into New house and had to stay in hotel for 2 nights. We also had to find a place that took pets. Your hotel was great. Great staff, clean and helpful. Also loved the breakfast in the morning. With so much going on it helped.

Tough to get the room warm enough. Thermostat was right under heat outlet so room was cold but thermostat thought it was warmer than it was.

Sandy was wonderful!!!! She helped my dad (who has dementia) and her kind and friendly attitude were certainly uplifting.

I wish the pool had been available to use.

The Breakfast food was great. Had a lot of TV channels to choose from. We stayed on the 5th floor. It was quiet. For the most part not a bad stay.

The beds were not the most comfortable. Firm pillows would have been nice. I would have liked to have a microwave in room.
