Location.

No daily housekeeping. There is no notice or information to say that you do not have daily housekeeping. I want daily housekeeping. Would prefer free breakfast. You have none. The day shift front counter staff is outstanding. Just what you want to see. Your evening/overnight staff had the personality of a pit bull. You need to check that out. She has no business bringing in hospitality. She is seriously hurting your business.

It was nice. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast staff were very nice.

Having drinks in the lobby at a table in the back and the bartender, whom we never saw at the bar, came over and told us to pour out our drinks and buy them from her! Ummm…no! Didn’t ask just said that is what we needed to do. Also, when I checked in I was told I had bought the breakfast package with my rooms(2), Booking.com reservation confirmed that. Then I get a bill for $112 for 4 breakfasts!!!!

Staff member who checked me in was initially not very accommodating and understanding of an error in my name in the reservation that they had in their system. This error was generated somewhere in the transfer of data from Booking.com to Courtyard Marriott. The data that my husband input to Booking.com was correct. Either Booking.com muffed the pass or Courtyard Marriott muffed the catch of that data.

The staff, Arini Cerbone, is very nice, friendly and super helpful.

There is no Tea or complementary water in the room, only coffee. We prefer to drink tea than coffee, so we have to buy from cafeteria at the lobby.

It was clean, The breakfast and coffee were amazing and convenient. The bartender was very nice. I love the lounge area, I was here for business, so it was a nice quiet area to study.

The wifi was slow.

Room was spacious, plenty of room for me and my big dog to stay.

The sink in my room began leaking which left the floor soaking wet. They were quick to fix it but I went through a lot of pairs of socks during the stay.

The staff was phenomenal, so friendly and sweet the entire stay!

The workout room was lacking

website says they have a free shuttle and found out they have no shuttle!! Very disappointing since thats why I choose this Hotel.
