Everything was clean, updated, and fresh. Was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. And the room was a comfortable size. Your staff was very kind and friendly

I could not roll up my shade in the room to let any light in it was broken. Your alarm clock in the room is as bright as the sun, I had to put a towel over it to go to sleep.

It was nice, staff was friendly, fresh coffee was great, room size was decent, there was a smoking area instead of off property

No hot tub, wanted bacon, sausage looked steamed, the sausage looked albino, pillows were bad, tv kept losing signal, really wanted bacon and bagels instead of egg whites and English muffins.

Everything was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable plus extra pillows in the closet. Very clean. Free breakfast was terrific.

I think the hot tub and pool should be open till 11 p.m. and not 9 p.m., at least for adults only. It's hard to get back from events before 9 p.m. We requested a late checkout just so we would be able to utilize this amenity.

Friendly staff, noticeably clean throughout the property, great amenities, delicious hot breakfast with many choices, very comfortable room with updated bathroom and furniture, including the patio furniture. Nice pool and workout room and indoor seating area near the lobby.

Would also appreciate on-site laundry facility.

Most other hotels have the pool area open after 9pm. Most are anywhere from 10-12pm but never 9pm. That was a huge disappointment for us.

Great location in an area which is being ‘done up’. Great breakfast choices & we could sit outside without smoke or pets. Excellent receptionist (sorry can’t remember her name) who upgraded our room & loved our accents!

The pool was really nice, but it didn’t seem like there was any ventilation in that area so it was very hot and a bit uncomfortable.

This hotel was centrally located for my friends to pick me up for the various adventures we were planning to go on. It was exceptionally quiet and clean, and unbelievably comfortable. The room I had was perfect for my stay, the hair dryer was awesome (not just a rinky-dink travel dryer), and the shower was hot and had great pressure. The gentleman at the front desk, I think his name was Gerardo, was very welcoming and attentive. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast (my friends had restaurants they wanted to take me to) but it smelled fantastic, and the breakfast area was very cute and seating was ample. One of my favorite parts was the lighting of the room. All very easy to access and provided plenty of lighting options for times of day or TV watching. The hotel is near train tracks, but surprisingly you could only really hear the rumble and it sounded more like just a big truck driving by than anything. The horns were even muffled and just sort of nice background noise. There honestly, wasn't anything I didn't like! I even told my friends I would recommend that as the hotel for anyone else coming to visit.

the best thing was the staff. They were all extremely kind and helpful! From the front desk staff to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond! The hotel has a great atmosphere, easy lobby and outdoor areas to hang out with families.
