The check in process was smooth, and the room fit our family perfectly. My son had his own spot on the pull out couch and we had a nice comfortable bed. The shower was very hot and powerful. Breakfast was great with plenty of options even for the picky eater.

The shower had some peeling and needed to have a shelf reapplied. The door stop fell off the back of the door and the bathroom sink actually leaked on to the counter and got my bag all wet.

The size of the room was comfortable. The coffee maker was so nice. Usually in-room coffee leaves a lot to be desired. The broken clock was replaced quickly.

The condition of the bathtub and caulking was very poor. The toilet seat was loose and I was unable to tighten it. The toilet base looked very dirty.Both mornings the oatmeal was watery.

When we checked in, Booking.com had failed to register our reservation with them. They were very apologetic and worked everything out and provided a room quickly, even though it wasn't their fault. Facility was very clean and pleasant.

This was a clean, apparently safe location surrounded by restaurants both casual and fine dining. The Fox River Valley is lovely.

We were awakened several times in the middle of the night by loud voices and door slamming. Apparently there were people from a wedding being very loud.

The noise.

Location was quiet. Hotel was clean. 10 minute drive to shopping. Lighting in room was excellent. Amenities in room worked well

Television video quality was poor. Couldn't adjust settings for TV with generic hotel remote. Couldnt adjust the viewing ratio. Could be remote problem but not sure. Seemed like a new Samsung large screen TV. But disappointed I couldnt screen-share using my Samsung tablet or cellphone

Friendly staff, clean hotel, great breakfast variety and great location near other eating establishments.

A little pricey.

Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. My dad and I stayed for one night. There is an Olive Garden across the driveway way from the hotel, which is convenient.

We stayed in room 111. The guests above us in 211 were very loud when they walked around their room and then woke up at 4:30 am and walked around some more. Making things worse, I think a portion of the sub flooring between the first and second floor units was loose, so there was a very loud squeak in the ceiling every time somebody in 211 stepped on that part of the floor. It was very annoying and affected our sleep and overall experience.

The only real complaint was there were no coffee cups left in our room, so I had to go to the breakfast area for coffee. The only problem with that is that I had to get dressed and be presentable. Otherwise, this was a great experience.

It was clean. And a great location. Breakfast was wonderful. Everyone was very nice. Bed was comfy.

I liked everything.
