KHALA IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. KHALA NEEDS TO BE REWARDED WITH HER OWN FRANCHISE. MOTEL 6 NEEDS TO MAKE NOTE OF GOOD EMPLOYEES SO THAT THEY DO NOT LEAVE FOR BETTER OPPORTUNITIES..I AM SURE THAT THE CUSTOMERS WOULD APPRECIATE EMPLOYEES LIKE KHALA. CUSTOMERS WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE ESTABLISHMENTS APPRECIATE THEIR BUSINESS .PUT YOUR STAFF WHERE THEY NEED TO BE SO THAT YOUR BUSINESS WILL FLOURISH. KHALA AND SUSIE WERE THE TWO YOUNG LADIES THAT CHECKED ME IN ON MY FIRST REVIEW. I DID NOT KNOW THE NAMES OF THESE TWO AMAZING LADIES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THESE YOUNG LADIES. THEY ARE THE RIGHT PEOPLE WHO NEED TO BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMERS WANT TO SEE A KIND,FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS,CARING PERSON WHO CAN SMILE AND SAY HELLO. A SMILE CAN MAKE A PERSON'S DAY. KHALA WENT ABOVE & BEYOND ON MY LAST STAY. SHE HELPED ME OUT WITH THE TROUBLE THAT I WAS HAVING WITH MY TV.KHALA ALSO SENT ME THE NEXT CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE GENTLEMEN WHO CAME TO FIX MY PROBLEM WITH THE TV WAS ALSO A VERY PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE STAFF HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. THE STAFF I MENTIONED NEED TO BE REWARDED AND RECOGNIZED.

No Refrigerator or Microwave

THE TWO YOUNG LADIES THAT CHECKED ME IN WERE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. THE MANAGER I AM ASSUMING, AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF REPRESENTATIVE.THESE TWO YOUNG LADIES WERE VERY WELCOMING KIND, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. IF YOU RUN A BUSINESS PUT THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT BELONG. THESE YOUNG LADIES ARE IN THE RIGHT POSITION,CUSTOMER SERVICE.I FELT LIKE MY BUSINESS WAS APPRECIATED, ALL IT TAKES IS A SMILE AND A WELCOMING HELLO TO MAKE A PERSON'S DAY. BUSINESSES THRIVE ON CUSTOMER'S, IT'S WHAT KEEPS THE DOORS OPEN AND THE LIGHTS ON.MAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ONE, A TOP PRIORITY. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE WAY I WAS TREATED. I WILL CONTINUE TO STAY AT THIS MOTEL 6 WHENEVER I AM VISITING OUT OF STATE.IT WAS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

The only thing I didn't like was,I didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. I guess I could have paid extra.It would be a great idea if all the rooms were equipped with refrigerators and microwaves at no cost.

No breakfast, didn't like that I had to go to lobby for coffee. When did motels get rid of coffee makers in the rooms? Everything is bare bones but clean.

Coffee maker in room. Had to re-check in after extending my stay. Went to lobby after returning for the night, told I couldn't recheck in then, had to be day of stay so would I please return in the morning? Purpose of trip was a funeral so not in the best of moods, and didn't sit well. Couldn't you just use my info from the previous 2 night stay? Didn't like that it is sooo tucked away with a short - 6? ft sign out front. TUrned into Wendy's parking lot by accident, had to exit, then turn in a bit further down the road. Parking lot could use some maintenance. Did like the trash can by entry door, good for trash from the day in the car.

Front desk staff were AMAZING. Hotel Manager was the best and during the personal crisis me and my family are in she was Professional and amazing. She helped with any questions and was curious with everyone. WiFi was slow and you might need to keep up with housekeeping for towels and bedding but for a cheap price and saves money for a week or so stay Motel 6 in Naperville is the highest recommendations if you are in a short time bind. Low prices, great staff and everyone I seen at the front desk will help you fast and meet all your needs and questions. Now time to book my last week

Everyone has to use one microwave and the coffee was weak. I wish each room had microwave and refrigerator. But I still enjoyed my stay. The price wasn’t bad either. So there.

I liked that there’s a washing machine.

There’s no fridge or microwave. The windows really don’t keep the room warm or room temperature when it’s cold outside. I know there isn’t housekeeping everyday but the day that they were, I call specifically to get my sheets changed after about 5 days, & that failed to get done but I did get towels.

No fridge and microwave in the room and the fact that one has to leave the room just to microwave with the only 1 microwave available in the common area doesn't make sense, bcos many pple were online waiting for turns to use a microwave in a very big motel doesn't make sense

I like to given recognition to the lobby desk Concierge, Rosa, for she is outstanding to assist what is requested. Great personality with a smile. Thank you Rosa for your fabulous customer service! 😉👍 Also, I really like the upgrade change to the rooms making the atmosphere much pleasant. 🤗

About 45 minutes before the 11a check out I didn't like being disturbed by Housekeeping asking if I am checking out. I never go beyond check out time. A time I would give a monetary tip to Housekeeping, but decided not at that time.

No breakfast just coffee. Some fruit would have been nice. Very clean and friendly staff. Especially Damion (I think) was great. He checked us in and was very helpful.

The room was right by the vending machine so a little loud. But I know that is about the safest room.
