Our guestroom on the second floor was recently enovated. Room was quiet too, maybe because there was no convention or major event during our three day stay. Double queen room was very spacious, and the windows can slide open for fresh air. The room faced the center court which was nicely landscaped, mowed and well kept. Short drive to Walmart, McDonald's, restaurants and the main highway. Free surface parking and it seems safe. Would stay here again.

Nothing of interest walkable nearby, the hotel/convention center is tucked in an industrial area. Area appears to be safe tho. The hotel is only two floors but does not have an elevator to the second floor. If you have issues walking up stairs or lots of luggage, ask for a first floor room. We were fine with no elevator.

We were greeted by the friendliest manager, Brittany. She was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and gave us great recommendations. Every time we returned during our stay, she welcomed us again, asking about our day & if she could help with anything else. The room was very comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the extra amenities. We will definitely return when we are in the area - great location.

The carpet is a bit outdated, and could be replaced. However, for the affordable cost to stay it wasn't a deterrent.

It was secluded but still the perfect amount of distance from places . I’d definitely stay here again!

There’s not much we didn’t like! Beds were comfortable, pillows were just as comfortable, and the room we stayed in was clean! WiFi was a little spotty (it wasn’t an issue for us (adults) - my kids like to wind down and watch YouTube kids at night before bed)

We were pleasantly impressed with the large size and comfort of the room including the beds. The room was super clean with nice thick linens and nice bedding. We asked for a room by the back entrance so my husband didn't have to walk far and they were happy to accommodate us. Lots of bright, outdoor lighting for security was important also, even though the hotel is located in a safe area.

There wasn't anything I didn't like and I am pretty fussy.

Clean and comfortable

India wedding that weekend. Some of the wedding party has a room on my floor. They were loud and drunk, falling into doors. They even knocked on my door. But this wasn’t the fault of the hotel. The wedding looked nice so the wedding guests really enjoyed themselves.

The cafeteria in the lobby was great and was staffed by an excellent and friendly representative. She prepared a broad variety of food and did it quickly.

The business center wasn't very well stocked and the internet service was erratic. Perhaps it is because we were on the second floor. The pool was bitter cold and, given Chicago winters, should have been heated.

The room was very clean, the cleaning staff was the best, the front desk people were great.

The pool has mold. And I had thought that booking .com said there was breakfast included which there wasn't. But the breakfast didn't matter. Very disappointed in the pool though

Did not eat at this place. Staff very prompt in attending to issues. Nice pool. Great connections to highway, etc.

At check in, we were given a room that was already occupied by a family. Clearly a faulty system as it happened to one other when we were checking in.

The property was nice. I stood five days the room was clean each day. Plenty of towels I like that they were a restaurant and an indoor pool that staff were very friendly. I recommend this hotel and I will stay again on my next visit.

Almost all staff was great. Only one person at the front desk was not helpful when I was waiting for assistance at the food area. Then more people came for food and the woman at the front desk said she had nothing to do with that area. Did not offer assistance.
