The front desk staff was exceptional. Absolutely fantastic! The kitchen staff was pretty rude and unprofessional. The beds were very uncomfortable but the facility was very clean and orderly.

I had a bad experience in the breakfast but the reception staff Brandia and her Manager Brenda changed my bad experience to great. Brenda takes the comfort of the customers very seriously but my shoutout is for Brandia. She is beyond amazing!!! If am going to stay again in this hotel it will be because of Brandia!! She is amazingly courteous and made my stay worth because of the way she treated me. I hope she gets promoted soon!

Breakfast staff behaviour

I liked the cleanliness and accommodations the staff made for me after the room I booked and paid for wasn't available upon arrival.

I didn't like the fact that I selected a specific room for my stay and it wasn't available when I arrived. Staff response was its was booked through a third party and the third party doesn't confirm room availability before booking .

The entire facility was great! Staff was above and beyond. We were impressed with the hot breakfast and that it changed everyday and tasted great!

There was snow and ice while we were there and parking lot was not plowed or salted, just the entrance making it slick to walk across the parking lot all 4 days.

very miner, but the water pressure was a bit weak for my liking and the carpet in the halls and elevator are a bit aged. but neither took from the stay.

Excellent location for what we're going to do. Kids, we're happy to use the swimming pool. Friendly staff, good breakfast, and also is my second time staying there A+

Surroundings are pleasant, staff was attentive, and place easy to find. I enjoyed seeing cornfields out my window as I grew up in IL.

The shower's caulking was deteriorating.

This place is located very close to the main road. Staff is super nice and they know what they doing. Indoor pool it's a plus, we ended up using it.
