I like the room because it has kitchen area. It also has two-door refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, bathtub & shower. The room is very spacious. I like the smell of lemongrass when entering the room.

Too bad, the location is almost two hours travel from downtown of Chicago and the bus service is not 24 hours. So, after 9pm, you have to travel by taxi or online transportation services to the hotel.

Property was close to great food, liquor stores, attractions about 20 to 30 mins because of traffic. Quiet place and very private

You need more towels, like at least two or three sets for the 6 day stay. I love fresh towels but we washed what was there in the washer and dryer.

It is right next to highway hence it is very noisy around although not too much noise in the rooms. Had to pay extra for two twin beds although I booked a room with two beds online but they said it was only for a single bed. I felt cheated. Lots of smokers around, didn’t feel very safe

Great place to stay! I came to run Chicago Marathon. Every single place in town (especially in downtown) charged ridiculous $100-150 for cleaning services per day and $100 deposits, except for this place. Another perk, rooms have micro kitchen and a big flat screen TV with cable channels. My room was also clean and the staff from reception was available at 6am when I left for a run. Great experience.

On a less positive side of things, the place is located in the middle of nowhere, far away from downtown. I commuted by train (for about 40-50 minutes) and then by uber (another 10-15 minutes).

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly, and genuine. That was the best thing. We knew the hotel was going to be very basic. It had what we needed, but the staff made it special. Well done.

The neighborhood not great but it’s

We arrived in Chicago after midnite. I called the hotel to inform them we would not arrive until around 1 am. The woman working the Front Desk checked our reservation and informed us they were overbooked and did not have a room for us. Before I had a chance to get too upset she explained they did not have any rooms with a King size bed as I had reserved, however she was able to down grade our reservation to a Queen. After traveling on the road for 18 hours we were so happy to have a bed at all. The bed so comfortable it didn't matter that it wasn't King size, we slept like a King and Queen anyway! A plus, this hotel IS Pet Friendly!

Hotel needs a little updating but that would probably raise the price so all in all the price was good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were Very understanding and accommodating. Very pleased, would recommend and would stay again.

I like the staff especially Ricky they treat you like family even tho one of the housekeepers stole $100 while in my room I’m Over it
