Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk (Joshua I think) was very helpful and answered all of my questions and accommodated my request for my husband to pick up the second key at a later point. Overall very impressed.

The toilets in the room bathrooms were crazy low. Like elementary school bathroom low. Not standard height or even close to it. The free breakfast was not what I anticipated. Not like most hotels where you have a buffet, it was more like counter service but the free breakfast people had to pick off a very limited menu. While the girl at the counter was very nice, I had hoped for more options as my family has food allergies and picky eaters so didn't really work well for us.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Comfortable quiet room where everything worked, the decor was subdued and it had plenty of room to do stretch/do yoga. I loved the lobby -- full of cozy spots to hang out, a fireplace, and a little bistro open mornings for coffee and breakfast. I usually don't hang out in hotel lobbies, but this one was so inviting. Would be a good spot for someone in town for work a spacious desk in the room with plenty of natural light, and the lobby has a cafe atmosphere for working on your laptop.

Good location, well-maintained & consistently clean facilities, terrific staff from front desk to housekeeping to barista. Would have liked an option for a small in-room microwave, but that's just a "very-nice-to-have."

LOTS of very rambunctious youngsters (youth hockey team) playing in the snow, then running up and down the hall to and from the indoor pool outside of standard "quiet" hours. Given the unusual cold snap, it's to be expected for youth with boundless energy to remain undeterred by the elements.

Staff was very friendly. Room was quiete and comfortable.

1. I booked with breakfast option throught booking.com but it was reflected in their booking. Not sure whom to point here but I had to repay for the breakfast option. 2. Breakfast has very limited options as they are offering it thru inhouse starbucks. But it was tasty.

It was comfortable, quiet, and clean.

It did have a screen outside the sliding door that was off the rails. One of the curtains had a tear in it. The ac did make some noise during the night after it was on for a while but it didn’t bother me or keep me up.

The staff from management to the housekeeping staff did amazing. I will stay here from now on when in the Chicago area. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Bar and nice pantry to buy a couple of important items.

The employees were really nice. The location is nice. Close to stores and not far from O'Hare Airport

The carpet on the room, as well as in the hallways, needs to be replaced. The headboard in the room was loose.

I loved the patio vibes. I love that you can open the window door and can go sit outside in the comfy chairs. I love the pull out table in the room which was nice to eat dinner.

Great location near ORD, very nice staff, very nice room

The restaurant was not open for dinner, which was a bummer - but I understand, staffing issues. I had had a very long work day and long drive, so I was not in the mood to drive around, but Valerie at the front desk had some suggestions nearby, and had one of my favorite beers in the market place. She was lovely!
