Everything was great. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed just for rest halfway through a road trip from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. The hotel is located just off the highway which made it quick and easy to find and then get moving again the next morning. I would definitely stay again if ever in the area in the future!

The location was very good and close to my family and the airport.

I like this location because it is very close to where my relatives live.

Some kind of breakfast was expected. There was a damaged towel rack in the bathroom which management was aware of when I reported it. The tax/fees I was charged was higher than what was indicated on booking confirmation.

Everything is Clean & Staff are accomodating

Running my Credit card for authorization without my knowledge. Getting call from my Card People to make sure there's no fraud which is good.. Knocking on door when you have a do not disturb sign on it. Please adhered to the sign. On business & I don't need to be disturb, thank you. Everyday knocking on door while I have a do not disturb sign.

Staff & Housekeeping are Professional in their work & take Covid Saftey protocols seriously. A Major Plus during the delta Varient.

Knocking on the door when you have your privacy card up in your key lock. I'm at meetings all day & during the night till 12:00 a.m. Like to get some sleep without being disturbed. The Staff here totally ignore the do not disturb sign. Why? Protocol.
