Convenient location for our travel purpose. Clean and spacious room. Property looked remodeled. Quiet and rested well.

Towels were very thin and bad condition. Breakfast was below average. There was nobody at front desk when checking in and checking out. Had to wait a little bit to get front desk attention.

Breakfast OK, eggs waffles cereal yogurt fresh fruit cereal. Not fancy. Room nice size, mostly updated, very clean. No bad smells anywhere- very good! Comfy bed. Safe in room- iron& ironing board provided- very good!

Cable TV - the channel guide were not the same ans the channels displayed on the TV so you could not find a show and go to that channel so had to scroll SLOWLY thru channels. and there was a weird streaming problem where sound not synced with lip movements- even restarting didn’t fix. It’s an old building with no insulation between rooms so I could practically hear the words of the man with the deep voice next door. Fortunately he respected the quiet hours. I still recommend this hotel because all the important things were very good -but you should not be surprised if you can hear people in the hall or your neighbors.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Arlington and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping me secure the exact room I wanted without any hassle. Her friendly demeanor truly set the tone for my stay. The hotel itself is spotless, with clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious and well-prepared, offering a variety of options to start the day right. Overall, this hotel provides excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Arlington area. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

I really liked the room and the mirror in the bathroom, I thought it was very beautiful, I also liked the comfort of the bed, very spacious, it was a comfortable stay, would come back if you need it again, It's a good location, the room my stayed in had no noises so it was very comfortable.

What I didn't like was that when I arrived I went to check if there were clean towels and I ended up finding two towels and a bottle behind a sofa and it seemed to me as if I hadn't done a proper cleaning of the last guest the breakfast is very simple so if you are very hungry I recommend you go to a place with varieties of food.

I liked how there were many seats in the breakfast room and they were very comfortable. The waffles, eggs, and coffee were very good. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast. The beds were very clean and comfy and the cleaning staff was great! The bathroom was very clean as well.

We didnt like how there was no other meat options except for pork, there should be chicken or turkey meat options as pork is not suitable for everyone. There should also be whipped cream for the waffles and a variety of different foods every day. The coffee machine in the room did not work and the toiletries should be refilled everyday.

The room was extremely nice- like it was recently remodeled, and the beds comfortable.

The lobby was always full and there were rooms downstairs that seemed like a family LIVED there. Door wide open with 10+ people in it smoking cigarettes and having conversations. It wasn’t really bothersome to us, everyone seemed polite and respectful, but it seemed odd for a hotel. Also the breakfast was the same every day, but it was fresh made, and we were grateful for the meal regardless.

Breakfast was basic but acceptable, egg and sausage were the only cooked foods. Cereals, bread and fruits were plentiful. Good location for the airport - about 15 minutes drive. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The wifi was dreadfully slow at times.

Unusual experiences! I have stayed at this hotel for the forth time and I am impressed by the excellent service, especially the reception team of Sara, Michelle and John. The staff are extremely professional and helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts are good for American standards. I highly recommend this hotel to those looking for an unforgettable stay in a unique place!

One problem that was solved by Sarah and resulted in a room change (used soap left by the cleaning service in the shower)

The bed was clean. I was able to get food delivered with no problem. The price for the night was very reasonable.

I originally picked this location because it was advertised on booking.com that it offered shuttle bus to and from O’hare airport, but unfortunately that was not the case. The front desk staff told me that is a service they no longer provide since change of name. The bathroom tube definitely needs to be updated, it has stains and paint is chipping away.

Clean, no smell, fresh sheets, great stuff, free parking

The bathroom drain was clogged, and the water was draining slowly. When we checked in to the room, there were no bathroom towels and face tissue. It’s great that you have a laundry but it doesn’t have an option to pay via phone with tap to pay or any kind of application. Coins only. We are in 2025 guys it’s time to be modern and not old fashion. The same with vending machine.
