Staff are excellent, especially at the restaurant area and check in desk. Location is very convenient. Property is attractive and clean. Fridge and microwave in room.

There is simply not enough space to store clothing for two people for a visit or more than a day or two. The space in one corner of the room is completely wasted. It would be much better to have another piece of furniture with drawer space for clothing.

The location met our needs for taking care of business. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It was interesting that they had rice and miso soup, along with other hot meals, for breakfast. I realized that there is a big Japanese community around the area. It was a nice stay, and I will come back again. Thank you.

The side door didn't open with a key card. The gym equipment should be more updated.

Breakfast time closed at 9:25 am. Still people trying to get breakfast and a women was closing doors while several were in line and wanting to go through the line. There was actually quite a few people and plenty of food left.

The windows did not have an extra set of dark curtains to keep the sunlight out of the room in the morning and to feel like i had more privacy. Adding those extra set of curtains to keep sunlight out would be a great addition. Also you should at least put two courtesy bottled of waters in the bedrooms. Other than this everything else was good.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff

This is not about the property, but I booked rooms which should be prepaid on Booking.com, only to find out it was not actually prepaid and needed to be paid at the hotel. I’ve found this out thanks to the support of 3 friendly staffs in the hotel. Now I need to work with Booking.com to get a refund, which requires quite of work.

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was pretty good and had many options.

The bed felt like a brick! It was very hard and extremely uncomfortable and it flared up my sciatica and made my whole stay in pain.

We have stayed at this location a number of times and have always been impressed with the property, staff, and the breakfasts. Everyone has been very friendly and accommodating of any requests.

Free shuttle going to Ohare Intlt Airport or within 5mile radius. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Even gym room was well-kept. Easy check in and check out.

Location - it’s really far from Downtown. Also, the free shuttle is not available on weekends, when it’s supposed to be the “busy time” for guests to go around Chicago.

My room was on the top floor and very quiet, which I needed to get a good night sleep. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It is an older hotel.

Good location that matched my family's needs - especially appreciated the free shuttle bus to the airport. Has all the basic necessities for a one-night stay and the beds were extremely comfortable.
