Had all the amenities in one place, excellent choice of food options, beds were super comfortable and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

The hotel is comfortable as opposed to some on the strip. The Brass Fork restaurant was great for breakfasts. I thought the Mexican restaurant was very good. The make a very nice Michalada

The location is farther from the strip than I initially thought. It was about a $20 rideshare fare each way. As well, an airport shuttle would be a nice feature.

No tea or coffee in the room, further from Las Vagas strip than we realised.

Location was great. Close to airport. Rate was okay and staff was friendly. Loved that valet was free and 24 hours. Food court with variety of options. Although it's kind of a long walk through the casino from the check-in desk to the tower hotel elevator, there is a big parking area on that side of the hotel/casino that you can park at so that you just enter from that door directly to the elevators to go up to the rooms so that you don't have that long walk again...unless you want to use valet services or enter through the doors by the check-in area.

No accessible outlets to plug in medical equipment by bed/nightstand. Only outlet was behind bed and already had wiring plugged in that was a tangled mess. No in-room coffee pot. Bathtub had visible rust in drain area. Didn't like that no promotions were offered for my first time staying there. I had acquired a players club a few years ago when playing at another station casino but didn't stay there. A lot of the slot machines wasn't able to read my player's card.

Great location, with plenty of food and drink options inside the hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and courteous. My kiddos and I had a wonderful time , and will 100% be back to stay here !

There was nothing I didn’t like about the stay. Check in staff was amazing , housekeeping was friendly, it was really nice here .

As a group we really enjoyed the food at Game On. We had both breakfast and dinner at Game On. Food was really good, you get plenty of it and it was priced right. Staff at this restuarant were super friendly. Overall I was statisfied with our entire stay.

The staff at Starbucks were a 1 star. They did not greet you as a guest and when then manager pointed out the milk was spoiled we left without being greeted and without coffee. The other thing I did not like was the plastic mattress covers on the beds. The rooms were nice and I am sure you have a reason for it but it was like being a toddle sleeping in a crib.

Rooms were comfy and clean. Would have liked a coffee pot/microwave in room. Breakfast was very good. Dinner at the Broiler was ok, but overpriced for very small steak and cold baked potato. Snacks and seats at Game On bar were great. Liked that there was a lot of options for activities on the property.

Better pricing at the Broiler. A little weird to go into women's bathroom and find a woman with no pants scrubbing down in the sink. Sometimes sketchy people wandering around and machines were pretty dirty. Starbucks was even more overpriced than up here in Washington, that's why a coffee pot in room would be nice.

This hotel is a teeny bit a-ways from the strip BUT is a hidden gem. I mean- WOW 🤩 okay you got the room right? I got the king bed suite which was perfect for my hubs and I. Very quaint and dainty, simple and elegant, very demure. Had everything we needed. And then in the lobby you have a cafeteria, the Sbarro’s there was fantabulous!!! You gotta try their white cheddar mac n cheese with a side of garlic breadsticks. SO GOOD! And then you got the regal theatres INSIDE THE HOTELLLL 😩 We got to watch Smile 2 and the place was literally empty haha which is perfect perfect perfecttt!! Free parking, free WiFi, best staff, very kind and nice, they’re the best! Literally best stay ever, and I’m excited for my next visit!

I mean- if you’re super picky, I’d say maybe the lack of kettle and some coffee packets on the nightstand would be the only con. But like, cmon it’s Vegas who’s coming to Vegas to drink coffee am I right 😂

I really did enjoy the stay. The rooms were a decent size, rooms were clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go there again. The location was a out of the strip but it was still convenient at certain times. Housekeeping staff also did an amazing time cleaning the room, and replacing our towels. They were very helpful and friendly. My favorite part is that there was plenty was parking, and it wasn’t too crowded.

We were in the highest floor so the AC wasn’t as strong as other hotels we’ve been too. I would’ve preferred the room being as cold as it could possibly get during the day but it wasn’t bad. It was still cool and it felt good.

The friendly atmosphere, very relaxing. Easy to park. The room was on the 15th floor and it was quiet. All the staff and security were very friendly. Easy access to everywhere. Value for money.

Slightly disappointed that the Brass Fork had changed to a sports bar called Game on. We visit Las Vegas twice a year and have stayed in several of the station hotels on a regular basis. We had one breakfast in the sports bar, and then after that, we ate at the Brass Fork in the other station hotels. However, our stay was still enjoyable.
