First thing I loved when arriving was that there was a room already available for me ^_^ Check-in is at 4PM and I arrived at 10AM (early). So I was ecstatic having a room ready and not having to wait around. I picked this location because it was close to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. I could literally see the festival setup at a distance from my window, which was cool. The studio (2 queens) room was decent and met my expectations. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and sink available in the room. No oven or stove though. Loved the cozy beds! I liked that I could text the staff if I had any questions or requests. That was really convenient and they were always quick to respond. The closest monorail station is the Westgate, just a 3 min walk through the parking lot or garage. Loved that! Even if the hotel is at the end of the strip, with the monorail, it's so convenient getting to anywhere on the strip. I also enjoyed the quiet lounge room in the hotel. I had a late flight so I lounged there until it was time for me to leave to the airport. It's about a 14min drive to/from the airport without traffic. The deli market/store was great for a quick snack/bite, but not so much if you want a sit down meal with a menu full of options. I would walk to the Westgate for the closest restaurant.

No restaurant on-site. Not much healthy (low-carb diet) grab and go meals at the market downstairs. Maybe adding in continental breakfast at the market would be beneficial for guests.

Very closed to convention center, silent hotel , perfect if you are travelling for business.

We had a special request for a higher floor and we got our apartment at the 16th floor with a nice view to Stratosphere. The room was very well equipped, even with washing machine and dryer that were very helpful for us. There are many mini markets around the hotel and you can reach the main attractions in Las Vegas with Uber/Lift at a very reasonable price. The parking was included. I would stay again here :)

Loved the free parking. Place was clean. Room was big, bed comfortable. Toilet paper was a bit thin but that's hotels for you. I liked the text messaging service that connected you to the front desk. Easier than trying to call.

Didn't like the 10am checkout. Most places we've stayed at, it's at 11. 10 seems too early.

Very conveniently located to the convention center where the tournament was it was easy to just walk and not have to pay for parking at the convention center. It had laundry in the facilities so we could do uniforms in the evening. We could even return if there was a long break to the hotel the convenient store in the bottom was also great to pick up snacks and not have to pay the high prices at the convention center.

The only thing I didn't like about the property was that the parking was a little tricky but that was definitely not a huge inconvenience. It's just way easier when the parking is right in front of the building.

Liked that there was a kitchen, full fridge, utensils, washer and dryer, soap to shower. Not to mention the location was quiet, no traffic and check in was quick.

Just that housekeeping didn’t change the bed sheets, i wasn’t sure if we had to do it, but I thought housekeeping would change the sheets of the bed when they came in, as this was my experience in other hotels.

The facilities were absolutely pristine. Not only is it outside of the hustle in bustle of the strip, it has plenty of parking and within 2 miles of any shopping need you have. The facility itself is immaculately clean. We reserved the king suite and were blown away at how spacious the room was. There was a huge spa tub and kitchen, and washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully supplied with dishes and appliances. There is also a Mini mart for any basic need on the first floor along with a Starbucks facility. Any extras that we needed remediately brought up to the room by housekeeping.

The only thing I did not understand was why they closed the pool at 6 PM. That is actually the time I feel is safer to take my kids swimming because the weather is so hot in Las Vegas.

Everything! We’ve had a little bit of hectic schedule of our three day stay, nevertheless we liked absolutely everything. First, it’s an oasis of calm in a city that never sleeps. So, I’d definitely recommend it to families or people who want to get acquainted with the city. The room is absolutely clean and full of different amenities. Very client-oriented. All the communication with reception is easy and helpful. There is a nice shop with everything you need. Monorail is in a couple minutes walking distance- it connects with everything touristic in a city.

Loved the room. Super comfortable. The shower was awesome. Loved the spa tub and the whole layout of the room. Felt at home.

One of the bathroom sinks didn't drain and there was an insect in the bathroom that made a loud clicking noise at night, but we couldn't find it!
