The pool & hot tub were closed for the season, which was a bummer, because I would have loved to have had that comfort. Valet parking was excellent service and very prompt considering how few actual valets there were, compared to the massive amount of people wanting their vehicles at the same time. Although the heater in my room didn’t work, it was still tolerable temperature.

The “resort fee” of $48/day is ridiculous! Especially, since the pool and hot tub were closed! And, not having any notice regarding the “resort fee” prior to check in! That is a Fee that should be highlighted at the time of booking, or at least disclosed in the Confirmation Information!!! The bed could use an extra blanket or comforter in the winter months!

Convenient and clean room. Mystere show (cirque du soleil) within elevator reach. Good location, right on the strip, a bridge away from the Venetian. Good transportation options + free parking (didn't use)

Noise isolation non existing: loud traffic (cars, trucks, trains, air plaines) 24/7, even on high floor, double glazing is a must and missing. Plus loud noise from the hotel corridors when noisy guests pass by (and they do late at night). Resort fee over $50 a night!! what for? even the pool is closed in winter... No breakfast option.

Treasure Island was recommended to us by a friend and it truly didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and clean as was everywhere throughout the hotel! It felt like a peaceful haven amongst the chaos of the Strip. We'd thoroughly recommend checking out this gem of a hotel!

We used the self-check in and check out. The machines had 27 seconds to verify everything which was a bit stressful! But hey, it's not exactly a big thing!

It is on the strip, so you can just walk to all the famous casinos, has a multi storey parking included (it is easy to park), the price for the room was acceptable (despite the 'resort fee' and taxes - just double check how much you will pay when you book). The room was very well kept, it had the Strip view. There is a swimming pool but we didn't have to to use it. Overall very good.

You don't get much service here - you check in and out in a machine, unless you want to wait in a long queue. The place is huge, and to get from the parking to the checking in/out machines or reception is quite a walk through the casiono. All in all, it is a normal hotel, not as exciting as other, hotels/casinos, but this is not necessarily a disadvantage.

The location was great and the hotel facilities and rooms were incredible, very clean and comfortable.

The room was at time noisy, we could hear our neighbors playing music and talking in the adjacent room.

I didn’t like that Booking.com does not reveal the daily facility charge of over $50 a day! That was not made clear. If I knew that, I would not have stayed there!

TI is located in Las Vegas Strip, right next to the mall Fashion Show, I loved that there is a CVS inside and also electric stairs that take directly to the bridge that connects to the Fashion Mall. The check out was easy and fast, but if you are in a rush there are some booth for express checking, and the location is perfect.

The room we got was at the very end of the hall, I love walking but when you are on holiday this long hall might just be too much. Also the room furniture looked torn, old and dirty. There were makeup stains in the drawer that I could remove by just passing a tissue over it which leads me to believe they only vacuum and change the bed sheets without giving an eye to the rest of the room. The bathroom was clean but the room was not cleaned well, this was disappointing, so I would encourage the hotel management to be more mindful about their cleaning procedures. Also the elevators are a mess, they take too long even tough they are divided by sections and room numbers.

The room was clean, comfortable, and offered ample storage space for an extended stay. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive. I also used the laundry service, which was reliable and well-managed.

It would be greatly appreciated to have a kettle available in the room. Having access to warm water or a quick cup of tea or coffee makes a big difference, especially during work-related travel. I usually attend conferences, and it’s quite challenging to start the day without something warm before heading out. Walking to the nearest coffee shop each morning is inconvenient, particularly when the conference areas are cold due to air conditioning. A kettle in the room would be a thoughtful and practical addition.

Staff & Service, 3 - 4 staff I spoke to, including their supervisors has a strong sense of superior if I do not want to say arrogant, in comparison to other place like Hyatt / Marriot / Hilton, they lack a sense of service, enabling vs stiffness going by the book.
