Eric was absolutely amazing! He changed the whole mood of the day to end positively not just for myself. Very kind and helpful. If in the area I will choose this Hotel again simply to see Eric again. The lady serving breakfast (didn't get her name) was very helpful as well and so sweet. What a pleasant change this was to have such nice people when arriving after midnight.

The blow dryer didn't work right. Other then that everything was great! I loved my room.

The Cafe lady was very nice. I asked her for a straw and she stopped what she was going to assist me. Very friendly! Most may say that's her job but in today's world, people in customer service and hospitality are just rude for no reason. So I appreciate the little things

Pricing. Just because the state meet is there that does not mean you almost double the rates lol

The rooms were great for 3 people, the beds comfortable, access to the property was easy and the staff was very cordial. Also, the breakfast was plenty adequate with several too many choices for any type of dietary needs.

The hotel was great, liked the wine selection in the pantry. The hotel is in a good location to find a dinner spot, the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was great, only thing is the Business Center was closed due to renovations. Which is fine, but it should have been marked. I couldn't get in and I had to ask staff why it was closed.

Very accommodating even gave me discount, especially since I was booked at the Fairfield and they canceled my reservation at last minute only to get more money. Excellent breakfast! Hilton all the way!

The mattresses. Not sure why Hampton Inn mattresses have changed. Used to be the best place for comfortable beds.

Alex at the front desk made the process easy and was extremely helpful. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything. It was a great location. My husband loves Indian food and I love Taco Casa. Both of these were minutes from the hotel along with Walmart.

Lack of flexibility to book additional stay nights, have to go through a lot of red tape just to extend a couple nights stay at your hotel!

I stay at Hampton Inns whenever possible because they are a home away from home!

There was a softball/Little league tournament in town the week I stayed at the Hampton and I was price gouged by the Hotel, even when I suggested that I was a Hilton Honors member! $200.00 a night plus taxes was way extreme! Total was $251.00 for 1-night! This was not a resort hotel, but I had to take it for fear of not finding a room for the night!
