Staff was nice and check in was very fast. Room was clean enough that I can't complain for the price. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great!

The location looks somewhat remodeled. Some corners cut here and there. Shower and tub faucet didn't work well but we managed. The pool was running but looks like they just started running it since the winter because it was brownish green. The pool was pretty otherwise.

Breakfast was excellent, staff was very helpful and friendly, especially considering it was over the Christmas holidays and they were short staffed, which was very understandable.

Our bathroom mirror was cracked and the light fixture in there was rusting. The building outside, hallways, and parking lot overall was in excellent shape, the area was nice and safe.

It was clean. They had lots of extras, like exercise room and breakfast.

Beds were clean with fresh linen but hard mattresses. Was very outdated. Breakfast looked okay, but nothing special about it. One elevator and it looked like it could give out at any moment. For the price I was expecting more.

Staff were sweet and helpful! Super nice. Beds were comfy.

Pool was small and dirty. Felt cloister phobic cause it was tiny and right against the outside of the building. Our rooms shower hadn’t been cleaned. But the rest of the room was perfect!

Last-minute decision to book this hotel when airline flight was cancelled due to weather. Everyone at hotel that we encountered was professional and friendly. The person serving the breakfast the following morning was a gem. She should give a class to ALL hotel employees in every hotel on how to be happy in your job, how to service customers to the highest level, how to engage with customers, etc. She was off the charts exceptional and obviously took great pride in maintaining the breakfast area with cleanliness, food quantity and quality. She went above and beyond - we were thoroughly impressed and she made it a great start to what ended up being a very stressful day. The beds were very comfy and the shower pressure was excellent - both biggies for us when we travel.

Nothing. Wish all of our hotel stays were this nice - even if it occurred by bad circumstances.

Breakfast, location l, clean. It is clean I will give them that

First room put in TV did not work. Front desk was surprised. MOLD in shower old mold. Given a new room on down floor which we asked for originally which was an upgrade apparently. The only difference was a wet bar sink and the TV worked. We stayed here four years ago and it was being remodeled then. How long does it take to remodel? Coffee is terrible

The gym was open, and the location was close to restaurants and we were able to drive to most places we wanted to go.

I would love to see some sidewalks that connect the hotel to some of the restaurants that are close. For example, the Whataburger is super close, so close that we would have felt silly driving there, but the frontage road doesn’t have a side walk. So we did walk there, but traversed uneven ground (and a fair number of fire ants) to get there.

Good but not enough variety. Had the same items every day. However Donna was very nice.

More variety in menu. Took 3 days to get maintenance to fix broken light in room and replace 2 light bulbs.

We loved the lady on the breakfast morning crew she made our breakfast very welcome.

Unfortunately, we asked for room service on all 3 days we stayed and no one would go or clean so beds or swept, we had to go and ask for new clean towels and had to take out my own trash and do my own bed.

It was nice the breakfast was a 7/10 cleanness 8/10 parking 6/10 staff 9/10

The sofa bed mattress was dirty and stained with no sheets and the king bed was ok but ended waking up with itchy red bumps so I’m guess there was bed bug?
