Very clean very comfortable

The gentleman that checked us in charge my card twice because of the way he was trained. The morning staff was able to take care of it and explain it to me which there was no problem afterwards. Seeing two charges for the same amount is a little frustrating but as long as it gets released back to my account, that’s good enough for me, but I would rather of it and not happen at all.

clean spacious rooms. there were 3 hooks in the room, plus good hooks in bathroom. bathroom had enough space to be functional. there was space to get all 3 of our small suitcases up off the floor. breakfast was good variety. hours were good and they tried to replenish after each rush. seating had bar stools, chairs and benches.

check in was very slow as everyone seemed to arrive at once. Staff was patient and worked with each guest clearing the very long line behind us faster than I expected.

We enjoyed the bed...mattress, Beauty Rest was so comfortable and sheets were cool and soft! Air-conditioning was excellent! Shower had hot water immediately! Coffee machine in room was too hard to run...couldn't figure it out. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good and hot. The staff was pleasant when we checked in at 10 pm and when we checked out. We want to stay again! Thank you!

The staff has always been friendly and makes sure they take care of the guest they serve.

We always had to ask for more towels, for example if you know there are four people in a room their should be 4 bath towels wash towels and hand towels.

It was very clean, and they actually came to replenish the towels and make our beds which was a plus. But the icing on the cake was the hot breakfast it was just right.

Well they ask us how many people would be staying and we said 3, but only got two sets of towels, we had to go and ask for another set twice.

The assistant manager (I think her name was Monica) who was at the check-in desk when we arrived was genuinely interested in us and professional. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable but the frames were noisy to move around on. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The staff is always kind and they give their all to make sure the guest is satisfied I book here every chance I get when i come to Abilene to visit my daughter.

I paid for my room through booking I was ask for a card for incidentals $20 and my card was charged the room $178 I am pissed they took my bill money no they are telling me 3-5 bus. Days for refund

It was clean, easy to access. It was near stores, restaurants and gas. It was quiet easy to relax.

It had one exit. One of the mornings there was a trailer with cars on it was blocking traffic. Not sure if the next hotel exit was a tight fit or what but after circling around the hotels that was the only exit. Seeing there was an officer blocking previous block for oncoming traffic to detour I followed a few cars that were going towards detour (one way access road) and exited there to go around block. Another exit from parking lot would help traffic flow.

We did not eat breakfast. Location was confusing. We were not aware there were two Holliday Inn Express on I 20 and went to the wrong one first.

We were happy either everything.
