The staff is very personable. The young gentleman that was working behind the front desk when we checked out Saturday morning was so nice and made fresh coffee for Me. He also found some Splenda for my coffee. The older female who checked us in last Wednesday night was sooo sweet and friendly. I love the staff here.

The carpeting on the third floor really needs to be replaced. Looks old and yucky. No reflection on cleaning staff because they did a great job too…it’s just time for some new carpet!

May stay was booked through you guys with a check in on May 8th and check out on May 11th. Instead for some reason you guys put me as a no show for May 7th and billed me for that night and that was not my check in, so stern I got there in May 8th they had to try and find me a room for May 8 through the 11th, I want a refund from you guys for the night you charged me May 7th when you said I was a no show!!

This was such a wonderful stay. The beds were so comfortable and the complementary shower products smelled amazing! In fact, the entire hotel smelled amazing! It was so clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfasts were also very nice. The location was excellent for what we needed. I highly recommend staying here.

Only disappointed that there was not a hot tub, but there is a pool :)

The chef had huge breakfast options daily great tasting. The indoor heated swimming pool is great. Two queen size beds with soft pillow sleep well 💓. The location has a shopping mall, other businesses and restaurants within walking distance.

I have no complaints about this visit. The front desk staff was very attentive.

Breakfast was good and Alton who oversaw breakfast Saturday morning was a delight.

It was not the fault of the hotel that a guest pulled the fire alarm around 11:30 Friday night and a lot of guests evacuated the hotel. Also, not the hotel's fault but the guest in the room above us stomped instead of walked and maybe fell or jumped around in their room in the later hours of the night and past midnight Friday and Saturday nights. We were impressed ceiling popcorn didn't rain down on us.

Friendly staff. Clean room and over all hotel. Convenient. Comfortable beds and pillows. We will definitely stay with y'all again!

Manager giving my daughter a hard time with breakfast.She said she felt like the individual was concerned that she was going to take to much. In all reality she was checking everything out and opted to bring a couple of muffins up to the room where the rest of our party was gathering up to leave..We ended up eating half of one muffin and drinking the one cup of coffee. We went and ate breakfast elsewhere.

Staff was great. Room was extremely comfortable

Only issue I had were the pillows. They were all the same softness. I normally need one that is a bit stiffer for neck support.

Parking lot was well lit. Convenient to plenty of restaurants and gas stations. Quiet.

We were looking for a pet friendly hotel closer to I-20. This one was a little too far. Tv was a little small.
