Good location, friendly staff and very clean except for a bit of conditioner on shower wall (not a big deal). The room was really good! Nice size and comfy beds with a mini fridge that actually worked well! We would definitely stay here again as the rates are so reasonable and the facility is on point!

There was no grab-n-go breakfast that we could find. There were some donuts on a table, but we think that was for the group in the lobby area. Also, no vending machines were available. The website showed a store to purchase snacks/drinks but we did not see one (we didn't go but to the lobby area and our room, so we just might not have seen it).

TV never worked the whole time I was there. Cable was out and didn't seem too concerned about it. Wasn't in any hurry to fix it. A strand of hair on one of the beds I pulled the cover back and found a strand of hair on the bed. Slept in the other one. The staff was very friendly and the first night I got there, the lady at the desk was very helpful with giving me directions to the Walmart. It was a Wednesday night.

Absolutely spotless from top to bottom, huge rooms, and an absolutely wonderful stay. We live in San Angelo and decided to stay the night here for our anniversary. It was so quiet and the room was nice and cold 😀. Every room smelled beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on, had a very restful sleep. The front desk lady was amazing, great sense of humor and just the absolute sweetest. Will definitely stay again in the future. Thank y'all for the phenomenal stay, can't wait to see when the lobby and everything is fully remodeled 🥰🥰🥰

Nothing really, absolutely amazing stay

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I wish there was a coffee pot though.

The only negative was the breakfast. The food was fine, what i got to eat of it. There was very little food and I was there to eat right around 7:00. There was about a half scoop of eggs, 1 piece of sausage and if you wanted oatmeal you had to scrape it out as it was almost empty.

The hotel was beautiful. Loved all the cozy nooks in the lobby. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, had a great sleep.

There could have been a little more choices for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy or waffles would have been enticing. Sausage patties was the only breakfast item offered. Other than that, our stay was great.

The house keeping were extremely polite. The desk employee when we first arrived was quick, efficient, and excellent.

The toilet tank wouldn't refill unless I opened the tank and wiggled it. The TV doesn't have streaming options and the hotel doesn't offer breakfast yet due to renovations I am assuming. The employee on the late night shift (around 2am) had a terrible attitude when my spouse went down to get drinks.

I love the price of the stay. The beds are comfortable, and the room is spacious. I love the decor. It gives you a sense of relaxation and being at home.

It's not that I didn't like anything because i know they are renovating the lobby. I can't wait for it to be finished because it's already starting to look nice.

When construction is finished, this property will get higher ratings. A lot of outdoor sounds can be heard inside, not too soundproof with hotel parking below room window. Better lighting and mirror outside of bathroom.

Excellent. We were given a big spacious suite which really fulfilled our needs. Friendly check-in on a Saturday night despite of being busy. Although there is no breakfast in the morning due to the current renovations, there is a fridge and a microwave inside the room. Nearby places like a steakhouse and Denny’s for a good breakfast it is a great deal for money.

There is absolutely nothing I could complain about.

The colors were great and looks like it’s going through a remodel. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful

Exercise room was closed and was disappointed that the pool had been filled with concrete. No ice machine on 2 nd floor.
