Very clean fresh indoor pool exceptional breakfast was ok

My room AC was hot during say had to sit in front of it when we got there to cool off. Ran at one speed which was low. Curtains also blocked airflow so we placed luggage on window sill to get what little air we were getting to circulate throughout the room. Later I. The evening our room finally started to cool as temp outside went down. We all slept good after that bud daytime was unpleasant. I did not complain as we were all tired and had unloaded our luggage. Refrain from room 223 during daytime in heat not enough blower speed from AC.

Requested and received ADA room. Front desk as well as cleaning crew were helpful and very polite, Room was very clean and cool when we arrived. We arrived at breakfast just as the final minutes were expiring but we still had all options available and in adequate quantities. Be was very comfortable.

This hotel is located next to other hotels and restaurants. Dinner was in walking distance. The noise factor plays in to this. Hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good compared to other hotels!

I think the outside noise but the hotel is located in a busy area.

The staff were very helpful and inviting. Everything was clean and in its place. For a busy weekend where there were many graduations going on in town, we were happy to have a quiet, comfortable place to come back to after a long day. The breakfast was great and had great hours each day. Wonderful variety to choose from, and everything was delicious. The staff member taking care of the breakfast was excellent and always on top of refilling everything. I would stay here again just for the breakfast!

The staff was extremely accommodating. My special needs grandson could not get in the pool because of its configuration. So they made arrangements for us to be able to use another hotel's pool close to our location.

The breakfast was great and very varied. Perfect for all ages. The staff was wonderful as well.

I liked it all, the pool was a little off for me. I'm wondering if we use different chemicals in NY than TX in it

The breakfast was AMAZING! And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing it's age, but it's not decrepit by any means.

There are several crickets and the pool doors had to stay open for ventilation. They do charge a parking fee and our room cards had to be changed after the first day.

My children, especially my 4 year old, were so excited about the indoor pool. Unfortunately, the water was so cold they couldn't stand to get in.

Front desk staff was so helpful and kind! We were able to look at the room prior to making a decision. The bright colors and cleanliness of the room sold us.
