The staff because of how much they understand stuff and how they were ready to help us with anything and how they remember us from a previous stay and how my fiance is diabetic

The surprise fee of a 100$ deposit it wasn't advertised or mentioned before booking and when we called to verify the booking they told us there was a 100$ deposit needed

Close to veterans facility, some local foods, also near Hendricks facilities, friendly staff, most everything worked as listed.

First time in my many stays, shower was sorta clean, looked like black mold in the shower wall corners, this must have been an older shower/tube, curved bottom, and no anti slip on the base, nor hand rail.. They do stick to that 3pm sign in, so usually I have ta find a place ta waste an hour.but all in all I'll still be using.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered breakfast, it is pet friendly. The location was great. The room had a microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator. Noise was minimal. Overall it was a good stay.

It only had one chair for sitting and the bathroom was way too small. The bed was not very comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious. The motel is located amongst prime shopping. We had to request one room downstairs for handicap guest, and the request was fulfilled with actually two rooms downstairs.

I asked if all six rooms could be together. But only one room was on the opposite end of the property.

Room was clean. Good parking.

Staff was limited requiring a wait for some of the breakfast items. Staff member Lana was extremely helpful in providing items of a very adequate breakfast.

Clothes dryer was not working.

Diana, the staff who facilitated my check in is awesome! I wish all staff are like her. She makes enough effort to personally connect with the guest and made sure that I am well attended and comfortable.

Location was perfect. Quiet, never heard loud voices walking.

This is just me I guess, but street light coming in thru top and sides of curtain kept me up.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy beds! Kids loved the pool.

Was a little too compact, not a lot of room to walk inside. I didn't like the fact that the coffee pot, the ironing board, & the clothes rack were in the restroom. And need to replace some of the sun bathing equipment outside.
