Friendly person at check in. Liked how room was divided between living and bathroom/kitchen. Close to some restaurants and if needed basic shopping like Target. Close to main road so easy to and from. I liked the sitting areas outside. I didn't go but I did notice a theater close by which is great for those days you just want to chill.

I wish there had been a guest book. I know I usually see these in rooms with Wifi password, map of the hotel, opening hours of pool, etc. The AC didn't quite work. It couldn't keep a consistent temp. It went from too hot to too cold during the night so a little uncomfortable.

Had never stayed in this hotel before. Was a nice surprise to that it was close to restaurants and the location of the hospital we were needing to be. Wouldn't hesitate at all to stay here again. Price was not too bad since I booked a little late. If traveling with children I would have felt completely safe.

The property was clean with comfortable rooms. The location was 2 miles from a family wedding we attended. The host let us check-in early to prepare for wedding.

The only negative was coffee offered was Bold Roast only. Would have loved the choice of light/medium roast.

The room was extremely clean. I loved the scrub mommy to wash the dishes. It smelled so nice on the entire property but especially the room! But to top it off that was the cleanest hotel shower I’ve ever been in! Really wonderful.

The breakfast could have been better with a few more options but still very nice that it is included.

new modern well appointed

Called hotel after leaving an item in room. Staff appeared helpful confirming item turned in and was told an email describing process for having item shipped would be promptly sent. 3 days and 2 followup calls later heard nothing from hotel.

Clean and quiet as expected. AC was working fine just not as good as the old days, wish it employed more advanced technology.

It’s not for someone who has claustrophobic since the hallway and rooms are pretty tight.

Every staff member I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. Very clean, and homey feel!

The shampoo was out in the shower, and the sofa bed couldn't pull out due to space.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location. It was quiet despite its close proximity to the freeway. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good also.

I feel safe and comfortable while traveling alone. I don’t mind paying double for that kind of peace of mind.

The cost seemed high for a weekday. I think it’s slightly overpriced but like I said it’s worth it to feel safe.

Great breakfast. Coffee urns quickly refilled. Pool well maintained.

Too soft pillows a drawback. No wifi during stay, but fantastic GM Denise Worley sorted all out after the fact.
