Comfort Inn & Suites Regional Medical Center (March 22-24, 2025) Reserved on Booking.com and the price was fair. Initial arrival: Impressed by location (nice neighborhood &near a hospital), exterior of hotel, and Parking was very good Check In was great! Greeted by smiles and courteous staff. Check in was also quick and efficient. Reserved for 2 nights. *1st night stay was good. Very quiet and felt pretty safe. Minimum noise from heavy doors but still wasn't a huge issue. I like to have the option for a shower or a bath and to my delight I had both in my room. Bed was very comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. Everything I needed. Next day breakfast was really good. Especially liked the Texas shaped waffles. Eggs, sausage, etc was all fresh and tasty. The cook was especially helpful and very kind, her name was Beth. She made my morning very delightful. The housekeeper did knock on door around 9:15am to ask if I needed anything. I told them no I didn't need anything but after I left and returned I found my room had been cleaned anyway and restocked with fresh towels. *Day 2 (11am check out) Another great night's sleep. Quiet and Peaceful. Enjoyed Breakfast. It was the same as day before but minus the kind & courteous lady (Beth) Requested late check out but was denied it...was advised that the housekeeping staff was tired from a long weekend and would love to go home early today. But it was said it very nice tone and followed up with a sincere apology. Check out was a breeze. This will definitely be my "Go To" place when visiting Abilene. I really have no complaints and only compliments and a referral to come see for yourself 🙏

Facilities and location were just what we needed for a one- night stay. Breakfast food was good.

Breakfast food ran out 30 minutes before closing, and there were still people wanting to eat. I went to the front desk to ask for assistance. There were no other clients in the lobby. The male clerk actually told me that I'd have to find the food server and ask her myself. (I did find her. And more hot food was provided.)

The woman who checked us in was very professional and friendly. The man who checked us out was the same.

There was apparently some button in the bathroom that should have been pushed to get the lights in there to work. We don't do any kind of electronics or mysterious buttons at all well, but it wasn't really a problem. We were comfortable and could have called down to report it, but didn't.

Location was great and the breakfast was tasty and hot.

Bathroom was dated and shower was rusty. Elevator doors were old like a freight elevator in a shipping facility. We wanted to play cards at a table downstairs but were told that the tables were for breakfast only.

1 Mirrored closet door fell off 2 Phone call from Comfort Inn (out of state# calling ard midnight) stating we had not checked in yet & were "a no show".... but we had checked in at lest 8hrs prior. 3 Elavator EXTREMELY SLOW

This hotel was CLEAN! I can overlook a missing ice bucket, or a TV remote that needs a new battery (these were NOT issues I experienced during my stay, by the way), but a hotel MUST BE CLEAN! And this hotel met my expectations completely. Walking into my room after a long day on the road, made me feel good. And it didn't break the bank. I was very impressed.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like. The staff during check-in were very helpful. Everyone was friendly. Nothing stands out as a negative issue for me. Compared to the dingy hotel I had stayed in the night before while in Farmington, this hotel was perfection!

Location was good and quiet neighborhood. Rooms were quiet and the front desk was very good to us at check in. Our room was checked daily for towels and garbage and we appreciate that. The air conditioning worked well and was not noisy. The pool looked very clean.

Fitness center needs some work to have equipment in working order.

The employees were friendly, the room was clean, and the location to hospital area was what we needed.

I have no dislikes. My husband had surgery the next day, and we had a restful night.

The location was excellent, being just off the main highway. Additionally, we had restaurants close by in what is a quiet district south of Abeline. The hotel rooms were great, the staff were most helpful, and the hotel facilities were generally well maintained.

The air conditioning system within our room was noisy.

We were greeted very nicely and friendly. The room was clean with information in the packet. Very nice beds and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!
