Very good for long stays (multiple weeks), the appart hotel comes with a workable kitchenette. Location is great -- close to public transportation. Hotel.stuff are very cordial, and willing to help. Almost everything was great which left a strong and positive impression.

Though the kitchenette is sufficient for light cooking or warming things up, but the utensils were not. Simple things, like dishwashing liquid, scrub sponge or similar, kitchen wipes were not.there. They claim to clean rooms every 4 days, but irregularity made it difficult for me. For my 14 days of stay, they cleaned my room twice. That would be sufficient with regular intervals. My room was cleaned once within the first 3 days, and also within the last 3 days -- leaving a long stretch of uncleaned room in the middle. But their positives leave a stronger effect, hiding small problems. I would definitely go back.

The room are new, comfortable and reasonably spacious. There is a well appointed kitchen corner, a very good shower, large TV and comfortable bed. I really liked the remote controlled window shutters. I enjoyed my stay overall, and the price was reasonable. The location is handy for travelling to the Saclay plateau, with a bus stop nearby, and is walking distance to Palaiseau town centre, with a good choice of restaurants and shops.

There are fans in the room and the bathroom (as part of the air ventilation system, so you cannot turn them off) which are noisy and somehow bothersome during the night.

Very well placed near train station and a few steps to the bus stop. Room with all I needed: good bed, table, desk, nice bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, tableware, utensils, etc. I wanted to prepare myself dinner and breakfast in my room and I've been able to do it without any issue. Privacy was superb, nobody enter my room during my stay and the hotel was quiet. Everything clean. Great price/quality option. The staff was very friendly and willing to solve anything, specially Célia that helps me a lot. To speak some french makes things easier. I would certainly choose it again.

Small drawbacks: WiFi didn't work with my computer due to configuration in their router, I had to buy an USB-WiFi adapter to solve it. Due to some issue with the seller they took a couple of days in provided me dish soap and sponge. But, again, the staff was very friendly and willing to collaborate.

I was a solo female traveller. Concerning safety, public transport availability (walkable distance to take RER B and bus to Massy gare), staff and cleanliness, I would give 10/10. The stay was pleasant and the breakfast, gym and sauna facility made it extra comfortable. The room I opted for had a mini kitchen which also facilitated my evenings to relax at the hotel with hot food.

The day I arrived the bed was soiled, but it was addressed immediately after I conveyed. During my stay, I placed the tag outside my door mentioning cleaning my room twice during my day, but it wasn't.

We had to change hotel on short notice and ended with the All Suites. Great luck for us. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient equipped. Nothing to complain about. Good beds, everything in good condition. Fully recommend! We haven´t booked breakfast but had a look and it looked fine and fair cost ratio. The fridge and microwave is a great plus!

more than 1 towel (small and shower tower) would be nice. Apart from that all was fine. In general to all you French car drivers - the parking spaces for handicapped people should be kept free for people that need them! Most of you can walk - so do it and don´t be lazy! ;-)

Liked it especially as I had to move from a previously terrible one Loved the fact that you could do some cooking also Loved the ambience and the facility ( kitchen utensils may need upgrading though)

Well nothing that was their fault , I'd have preferred something closer to the city but the train network was very good really a single train to and fro the CDG airport, then a 9min walk to the hotel , it's at the outskirts but takes you about 50mins to get to places like the Louvre The bed could be a tad higher for taller folks but like I said that's personal

The rooms are very well-equipped and comfortable. The location is close to the Massy-Palaiseau RER station which is well-connected, but I wouldn't recommend walking from the station. The reception is open 24h, which is very useful. The staff at the hotel is great. In particular, Ioana was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and calm. Great place to stop by the highway on our way to France. The staff was very friendly and we arrived around midnight for late checkin. They also have an underground parking in the property. Next morning we went to a nice bakery nearby for breakfast

There was an odor coming from the showers. The doors of apartments close quite loudly so we were woken up quite early

This property is ideally located for anyone visiting the the Institut Polytechnique de Paris campus. Our Executive Studio with terrace , had a wonderful view of this commune - with great vantage points for viewing both sunrise and sunset. The studio was comfortable and neat. The reception staff were cordial, professional and were very response to all our queries and requests. The facilities available ( Laundromat, gym (with sauna) ) were excellent. The hotel is just one bus top away from Gare de Massy-Palaiseau - so getting to Paris was a breeze too. We would definitely be back !

Nothing I can think of

The hotel is very nice and clean, and the staff is friendly, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and you also had a boiler for making tea and coffee. The breakfast was very good, too.

The heating in the room was centrally controlled and you could not regulate it yourself. When I stayed, it was snowing outside and the room temperature was at 19- 20 C degrees - not very comfortable. However, you could regulate the heating in the bathroom, so you could take a shower without feeling cold.
