Ana on the reception was extremely helpful and with speaking 6 languages you will never have to worry about conversing. Thank you for your help. The rooms were spacious and clean. Each room cleaned everyday. The swimming pool was incredible and not too busy and towels easy to get from reception. We had a swimming pool view rooms 206 and 212. You need to book a interconnecting rooms if you want it as I did and was told the wrong information saying I needed to ask the reception when we got there. Ana was the one that told us we needed to book in advance and I was given the wrong information. A family of 6 it would have been much nicer to have two rooms for the children to walk in and out. We spent 1 full day at Disney and we got an Uber which is only 10 mins away or you can book at the reception. We are planning our next trip hopefully at Christmas time.

Nothing that we didn't like but just at breakfast there was not much selection sadly, but the dining room was comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel with one small exception. The location in a calm neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The availability of both open and parking garage options provided convenience and ease for my transportation needs. While my stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, there were a few aspects that fell below my expectations. One area of concern was the staff at the reception desk. I encountered difficulties communicating with them as they seemed to have limited proficiency in English. This language barrier made it challenging to address any inquiries or concerns effectively. Furthermore, I observed instances where the staff ignored guests, including myself, on the way to the breakfast area, even when we attempted to greet them with a polite "good morning." This behavior did not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Improving the language skills and attentiveness of the reception staff would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Beautiful small yet modern building very close to Euro Disney. Room was nice and big with 2 comfortable big double beds in. Air con was welcome. No noise factor. Calm environment. Parking was free and nearby. Reception was easy and quick. There was also a lovely big pool with loungers and grass area which was wel-kept, Only thing missing was mini bar or fridge in the room. And the restaurant was expensive with some food lacking. The meat wasn’t great.

There were guests in the pool that was loud and inconsiderate. Some people let their kids run wild. Staff checking in and around the pool to maintain a bit of tranquility would have been welcomed. Breakfast was ok. Not great.

Having stayed at this hotel a number of times since it opened its always a comfortable spot to chill while going to Disneyland Paris, The rooms are a fair size and the beds are very comfortable, breakfast has a good selection. The rooms are clean and well appointed.

I find there is still a few things that go against this hotel, the staff at breakfast always seem a bit moody, they sit about and don't clear plates. House keeping during the stay is hit an miss, they don't make beds, they always forget to restock the tea tray and never clear dirty cups and glasses from the room, also hallway seems to have trays laying outside doors for far too long. surprisingly the hotel is starting to show ill repair, things like loose slabs in walk ways, and the entrance gold metal front is missing parts and looks to me deteriorating. Small things but could be addressed easily.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The rooms had good temperature control, tea making facilities, and very comfy beds. Chrome cast on the tv which we often can’t get to work in hotel rooms, but this one did! We also liked the walk in shower.

It may sound small, but the tea pods! We had a kettle and a coffee machine, but there were no tea bags/ coffee so the kettle felt a little pointless. There were tea pods, but I couldn’t work it and they were lemon tea, not just normal “tea”! Also a bath would have been nice, there was a lot of walking at Disney! This leads to the last point - the website makes it sound like the station is fairly close to be able to get to Disney. In fact it is a 35 minute walk, and Disney is only another 15min walk from there. We found the website a little misleading in that respect. Absolutely fine if driving or getting a taxi however!

If you travel as tourist with family and kids you will find it budget- optimized with great location close to Disneyland. I found hotel fairly priced for the comfort of the rooms and services. Staff on front desk is amicable and professional. Lim and Ana were very helpful and kind, thank you very much for your warm receipt and your help! You are great!

1. Location Hotel is located a bit far from the center, could be a challenge if you are looking for prompt access to the downtown or travel for business like me. 2. Food Hotel has a restaurant inside its facility and food must be great but it is steak&grill or meat oriented with limited choice of meals offered for vegan or those who just do not prefer meat as the main course. So keep it in mind if you plan to dine in a hotel. But there are some restaurants nearby at 5-7 mins walk so should not be a problem. 3. Breakfast Breakfast is not broad optioned so be prepared for very compact food diversity, but this is not a problem since you still find good quality products. However, price for breakfast at 25€ is high and could be decreased or menu elevated to match this cost.

The swimming pool was great. Front staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable. The coffee in the room was excellent. The head waiter at the steakhouse was very knowledgeable. It would have been great to either offer an alternative or refund some money when my boys could eat their main course.

The breakfast was limited and staff were not always quick to replenish. Boiled eggs were ice cold. Baked beans was only on offer for one day during our 4 nights stay.

We’ve had such a pleasant stay at Hotel Dali val d’europe. I would rate the hotel with a 5 stars in terms of cleanliness and the staff committed to offer a great stay, this was a high level so if you look at a place where you prioritise the cleanliness and the communication, don’t go further. We drove just 10 mins to Disneyland which was really convenient. Don’t remember the name of the manager who sorted our booking issue but he was so professional and talked so nicely with us.

We had a little misunderstanding which was Booking.com issue rather than the hotels, we made booking made for 3 rooms, 2 of the rooms for 2 kids and 2 adults, of which one didn’t included the children even though we selected same type of room, and the breakfast was included. We spoke with the manager who was willing to help so everything was sorted after we showed the booking and printscreens, luckily I had them saved, even though we ended up not having the breakfast on the last day, the way they sorted everything out was extremely appreciative. I would add a fridge in the rooms for the guests specially with the summer coming and probably a more diversified breakfast options, even though I can’t complain at all as the options we had were quite good.

Brilliant hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. So quiet and lovely rooms with super comfy beds. The pool looked good for if we ever come back during spring and summer. The breakfast was great and plenty of choice. The hotel is only a 10 minute taxi ride to Disney which was the reason for our visit. The hotel is also near a retail park with shops including Lidl which we used to get snacks. There is also a great Italian restaurant called zaza about 7 min walk down the road which we loved. All in all we loved it and will be back again.

Not that we didn't like but maybe a fridge would have been good in the room and maybe more tea bags and proper cups.

When we arrived at 10 p.m., the air conditioning in the room was set to 18 degrees. I assume that this temperature had been set for several hours. I would recommend setting it to at least 22 degrees, because the temperature difference is extreme and the room was really cold.
