The hotel was beautiful, the room was big and as warm as you like, with a very comfy bed and chuncky bathrobes. Also there is a dedicated elevator going directly to their nice spa, which only hotel guests going to the spa use. So we could just put our bath robes on and go there directly and then directly back to our room undisturbed. It saves a lot of time and the bother of having to change at the spa. Also the staff was very nice. Also the location is perfect, just one quick and cheap train stop (5min ride) or 20 min walk away from Disneyland! The free shuttle service to and from the park can be handy.

The shuttle service to and from Disneyland is a great perk. It's just a shame it doesn't pick you up from Disneyland if you have travel luggage with you (like for example the day you arrive). Also it doesn't pick you up after 11pm, which is not ideal because the fireworks show in the park starts at 10pm. So it's easy to be past 11pm after you visit a last shop or even just walk through the crowd to the parking lot. Also, if you enjoy the fireworks (which are worth it, drones show included), the spa will be closed by the time you are back. Moreover, check how much your city tax will be (x day x person). When we booked in December it was shown at around 3 euros on booking.com but by the time we arrived in February it had rised to over 8 euros.

Excellent location in town centre and for Disneyland. Very nice modern hotel with great facilities. The free shuttle service to Disney was a nice surprise.

They should advise on their website that the pool restricts access for children to only 10am-12noon and 3pm-5pm. I have no issue with the hotel choosing to restrict access but it should advise guests more clearly before booking so an informed decision can be made. The 2 x two hour time slots available to kids each day are likely to fall in the time families would be at Disneyland so then the pool becomes inaccessible to kids for the stay which is a shame. Overall it is a very lovely hotel and this point wouldn’t prevent me from recommending it.

A racist female staff member. As we arrived late, around 21:20, from Disney Land, a female staff member was at the reception. They spoke to us rudely and later refused to let our bags from the storage room. After waiting for 1hr at the reception, being super tired, I saw he was helping other clients with the same request, but he only ignored us. When I confronted her, she finally agreed to help. I'd like the management to look back at 08/02 at 21:20 and find out why we had been treated this way.

A superb hotel in an amazing location. All perfect. Highly recommended for families with children going to Disney Paris. Their shuttle service works really well and you do not need to book or call them. We loved our stay, welcoming staff, the time for the kids in the swimming pool and the lovely breakfast.

I didn't have breakfast bc I wanted to stay in the room and rest before checking out. I loved the comfortable bed mattress I slept on. Hotel is located on a main street easy to reach and close to the shops in Val du Europe Mall & La Valle Outlet. There's a lot of restaurants closeby by walking distance so the location was superb.

The room was a bit smaller than expected because the bed was very big compared to the room size using most of the space so it was a bit hard to move around with our 3 big pieces of luggage & 2 carry-ons. But with small corridor at the entrance of the room it helped a bit to keep a piece of luggage there during our stay.

The pool/Spa/sauna and the room were exceptional with other great amenities. Really close to the Val D Europe rail line for convenient train transportation. The driving service back-and-forth to Disney was exceptional. The drivers/concierge are super courteous, especially to those with disabilities.

The restaurant associated with the hotel was terrible. Service was poor. My wife and I were treated like a second class citizen when the hotel tried to make up for it. They sent me a platter of rotten fruit to my room to further frustrate the situation and then would not remove it off the bill. There are plenty of outstanding places to eat around nearby within walking distance, a block or two for pizza and hamburgers and pasta and fine dining eat anywhere else but that restaurant.

The location is very convenient, near to train station, restaurants and shopping mall. The family room featured a spacious living room with sofa-bed and well equipped kitchenette. Although bedroom and wardrobe was quite small, beds were comfortable. Spa and pool is very nice. Staff at reception and spa was welcoming, helpful and kind. Best feature of all is the complimentary shuttle to Disneyland park, only 5min away. Highly recommended for families.

Nothing major: TVs are outdated. Kitchenette and kitchenware was not cleaned every day. Small bedroom and small wardrobe for family stay.

Well mostly the location and value were great if you're looking for reasonable price in summer season most hotels inside Disneyland are expensive that time so I found this please in a good location also everything you need is around you such as cafe's restaurants supermarkets Mall outlet and Metro station. The room was nice and clean I haven't got a chance to discover more of the Hotel facilities The staff are so kind and friendly I ask them to keep our luggage after checkout at noon, so they don't mind keeping our stuff safe until we pick it up any time after. I also would like to point out that I have forgotten some clothes in the room closet after our way to Paris I got a message from the hotel about my bloggings with a picture :) So, I sent my friend after to pick it up and he did that was a big plus The hotel also offers a minivan that will take you to Disneyland and back they offer a round trips every 30 minutes for free no extra charges also this is a huge plus Also, the WIFI internet is free :) Unfortunately, I haven't took a picture for my room as I always do for doing the review but the pictures here in booking are so accurate so don't worry

Well for me the only thing I miss as for most Europe countries is the bidet sprayer :) I know most don't care about that, but I do and hoping to find more hotels and apartments would install it just to have it there if you don't' need it you're not forced to use it you know Also, the bed matters I wish if it was more comfy One more thing if you have any device such as IPTV you won't be able to connect the internet this connection will open a page where you have to insert your email so the only thing that I have figure is to connect your iPhone first to the Wi-Fi and then open the hotspot in order to connect your IPTV to your iPhone and it will work as a charm

Hotel is fantastic and soo close to Disney! They offer a free shuttle service in vans and just call when you need collected and no more than 2 minutes from the hotel to Disney. Literally 5 minute walk to Val Du Europe shopping centre and all local amenities.

Can’t take a coffee from the restaurant to the room. We also tried to ask to use a corkscrew but couldn’t take it to room to open the bottle. Couldn’t leave room as the family room set up means walking through where the kids were sleeping. We were beside other family’s balcony and they wouldn’t allow them to bring it up to open bottle.

We enjoyed the hotel, particularly the in-room kitchen with full amenities and spa area with a swimming pool. The hotel's location is excellent, being close to Disneyland and a large shopping center. A shuttle bus service to Disneyland is conveniently provided upon request for both drop-off and pick-up.

Limited Spa Access for Families: It was inconvenient that the spa area was only accessible to families with children at specific times, even when the pool itself was otherwise free. Shuttle Bus Restrictions: The "free" shuttle bus to Disneyland doesn't accommodate luggage, which was an issue despite there being space. Uncomfortable Beds and Pillows: The beds weren't comfortable for sleeping; you felt like you were half-sitting, and the pillows weren't comfortable either. Monotonous Breakfast: The breakfast options were repetitive and lacked variety.
