The property is good location to Disneyland Paris, about 20 mins walking distance. It was very clean and spacious. Great facilities

We arrived at 2pm and understood we couldn’t check in until 3 so we were allowed to leave our bags and the staff member said they where open all hours. Returned to the hotel after the Disneyland light show which finishes around 11:30. The door was locked, we tried knocking on the door, calling the number multiple times from (booking.com) no answer. Tried to call through the doorbell and there was no answer. We manage to get inside from people who where also staying, we got shushed by the lady who worked there when we enter. She was then on the phone and only helped us after finishing her call. No apologies given and was rude towards us.

The room itself was spacious very clean and was enjoyable to stay in. As an added bonus it had roll down black out blinds which was a nice bonus. It is maybe a 10min walk from the train station but it is only a one stop ride so very easy to do. We did make the walk there and back as well and it takes maybe 30mins. Also there is 0 streetlight if you take the path back in the dark. As it is fairly secluded if you aren't comfortable with that situation absolutely take the train back. The room is 100% in a retirement community so I do not know how well it would work for a family as I feel the residents may not appreciate the commotion.

Getting in was not easy. The room is 100% in a retirement home and there was no one at reception upon arrival. We did not speak French so we spent almost 45mins standing at reception trying to make contact with someone to come provide us the keys. Thankfully one of the residents came to our aid and located someone in the facility for us. Once that was accomplished it was super easy as the desk person did speak English. So I guess if someone is there you won't have a problem if the desk is empty and you don't speak French or have access to a phone it could be a bit frustrating.

We rented the 2 bed flat and it was amazing. Works very well for 4 people. -Comfy bed + a fan was provided (×2) -Clean WC (separate shower and toilet) -Very close to the shopping centre especially the restaurants (5 mins walk). Also 2 mins walk to Primark via a separate entrance in case you need something last minute. -Less 10 minutes walk to the station - check in/ out was very easy. - 25 minutes walk to Disneyland or 1 train stop. - quiet area and secure property. After certain hours, you will need your fob to get in the building as no one will be at the reception. Do keep note that this is a Senior assisted living - the residents are very sweet. As you can imagine, very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend 👌

Great location - very easy to get to the RER station and the shopping centre and a very easy 20 minute walk to and from the Disney parks. Very spacious apartment too with good facilities.

No air conditioning - which was a problem even at end of May. There was a fan in the apartment but it was very uncomfortable temperature to sleep in the apartment, which is a shame because if it had this this would be top rated accomodation for this area. Also, a small thing - while there was a bottle opener in the apartment there was no corkscrew so if you fancied a bottle of wine you had to either ask downstairs to borrow one (if it was before 8pm) or bring your own.

The lady who checked in didn't understand English, maybe she really didn't understand, so she said rudely: I not speak English. After entering the room, one side of the electric curtain could not be opened. The whole room was very dark. There were spiders and spider webs on the wall. So I went to the front desk to see if the electric curtain could be opened and the spider webs could be cleaned. Another very friendly male staff member who could communicate in simple English helped to change the room after understanding. The new room was very good and there were no problems.

There was a sign outside the door but no one cleaned the room. I asked for room cleaning the next day but they only emptied the trash can and didn't change the towels. But I believe they cleaned the toilet because the toilet seat was open.

It was amazing! Highly recommend this place. It was friendly the staff spoke some English. They had a bar. The rooms are like mini apartments. We stayed for Disney and it was only a mile walk or 8euros by uber. They even had a balcony that you can step onto. Plus metal shutters to shut out all the light as well as thick curtains. It was also two min walk from Serris centre with shops and a mall loads of amazing places to eat. Chessy train station in a mile.

It's a senior residence facility that also provides rooms for the general public. Rooms are not rooms, they are an entire small flat (studio)! You get a small living room with a TV and a kitchenette, a huge bathroom with a great shower and heated floor. There is a large shopping mall nearby with a food court with a lot of options. For those looking for a place to stay for a Disneyland trip, there is a bus stop 1 minute walking from the hotel itself that takes you to and from Disneyland. Trainstation is also very closeby, for those coming from the airport or willing to commute to Paris. In our case our room's window faced the building's court, thus it was very quiet at all times. I will definitely look for this place again if I ever come back to Disneyland Paris due to the convenience, comfort and value for the money.

- I would point out the check-out time. 10am is rather too early for a hotel to require their guests to leave. - Room is very cosy in winter time, but I guess that in summer time it may be a bit unbeareable without aircon. - Please beware that there is no 24h reception, so make sure to reach out to the hotel to confirm if you can check-in at a later time, otherwise you may need to either wait for someone to open the door for you or to call someone to let you in.

The location was ok - about a 25 minute walk (2km). The apartment was extremely clean and roomy. We did not need the kitchen, but it was a nice feature to have. Breakfast was a normal, European spread - enough to get you going in the morning.

We announced a late arrival (24:00), but no one was at the desk to give us keys. Some guests that were already staying let us in. The attendant looked like she had just woken up and she did not speak English. During our stay we found out the building is a retirement home or probably assisted living. This did not take away from us enjoying the stay. The residents were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately for us, we don't speak French and the attendants did not speak English, Spanish, nor German. During the weekend, there was no easy way to communicate - even when we used Google translate. The staff that came in on Monday did speak English, but we were already checking out that morning.

Lovely location for disney and shopping centre and friendly staff. Based in elderly residential setting but not made to feel uncomfortable - residents all welcoming. Swimming pool very nice after full days at disney. Very quiet on evenings so perfect for sleep.

This lodging is operated out of a seniors' home. That being said, the facilities were very clean and nice, and the residents and staff there were very friendly and helpful :). Not the most romantic place to stay, but it is in a convenient place to go to Disneyland or to the outlets.

We didn't really know how to figure out the heater, so the person sleeping in the living room/sofa bed was a little cold. The sofa bed was also not the most comfortable. Other than this, no complaints!
