Very well placed for Disneyland Paris, shops and restaurants. Very family friendly, clean and tidy also very quiet considering how many guests they had. Staff were extremely friendly.

I am posting this to make other families aware of a few glitches in an otherwise good stay. I wasn’t made aware of the 30 euros deposit for a travel cot so it was a bit stressful on arrival having to find a cash machine. There was a free bus to take you to the Disney park. The timetable wasn’t clear and where it stopped changed direction from AM to PM so we ended up making a 20 minute walk to the park each day. We were given a car park code which suddenly changed so we were stuck in the car park, again a little stressful with young children.

The room was clean and well stocked. It was easy to grab additional coffee, etc. from the reception desk downstairs. The breakfast was good, but a little pricey (19 euros per adult). Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay there again.

I found the free shuttle / navette schedule convoluted and unpredictable. I was able to use it once, but often found myself walking. It is not a far walk (maybe 20-30 min), but not great after a long day, especially for little kids.

The apartment was overwhelmingly larger than we had anticipated and had more bathrooms than we were told. It was a great location in respect to Disneyland and even had a free shuttle. It is also in good walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything was clean, towels were provided, and the furniture was all comfortable. We had plenty of space to keep to ourselves, but also room for gatherings. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We really could not have enjoyed the place more. It also had a pool, but we spent most of our time at Disneyland and didn't get the chance to use it.

It doesn't have air conditioning! That did make for hot evenings. Also, before arrival, the hotel is difficult to contact. Luckily, very different when at the property.

Excellent location very close to the shopping center, bus stops, and sea world. Good space in the room, comfortable beds, swimming pool is a plus. free shuttle bus makes it very handy to go to Disney.

The receptionist that checked us in over charged us for tourist tax, even though I double checked with him that kids are not be charged for tourist tax, he confirmed and charged us for 5 people, even there were only 4 of us(2A2C). Anyway, I received an invoice via email that night and see the quantity shows 5, I asked them again when checking out, they said they did it wrong and refund some money, but when I received the invoice, it still didn't look right, anyway, be warned, if staying there, check how much they charge you for the tourist tax before paying.

The room was clean and tidy. Great location. 15 min walk to disneyland paris. I like that the rooms were a mini apartment. More than big enough for me and my best friend.

The shuttle busses were practically non existent. We attempted to get it on 4 occasions. It only showed up on one occasion and it was 30 mins late. So many people had gathered we were sardines once on it. I know it was January (off season) but don't advertise a free shuttle if you don't provide a reliable free shuttle. We were ready to be at the park for rope drop... And ended up getting there late as we had to walk. Valuable Disney time lost due to the unreliable shuttle.

The location for visiting Disneyland and Val de Europe is perfect. Staff were helpful and attentive when needed.

The hotel is tired looking with some defects in the room that could be doing with being updated/fixed such as lightbulbs needing renewed and switches not working. This didn’t really impact our stay as we only stayed for two nights and during the day we didn’t really use the apartment. The hotel does have signs saying that they are upgrading the hotel so these issues likely will be resolved in the future.

The staff working the evening shift were wonderful when 10 tired Disney explorers returned from a wet windy and very long day after midnight. The rooms are two-story apartments and comfortable but perhaps a little basic. The showers were hot and effective. The kitchen looked well-appointed for a short stay. The decor was basic a little tired but perfectly clean. Breakfast was good and served till quite late. I would highly recommend fellow Disney travelers to consider this location.

Some of the breakfast equipment was malfunctioning and the short-staffed team struggled to keep up with it. But for the price, I should not be moaning

Location and free shuttle bus service relatively close to hotel. Couple of minutes walk to bus stop. So many good cafes and restaurants close by. Also possible to walk to park if you wanted. Apartment with separate bedroom is hard to find so this is definitely the highlight.

Would be great if made clearer where to actually get the bus service at Disney as we waited at the wrong bus station on way to hotel. Room was very “tired”. Needs redecorating. Didn’t have sheets in room for sofa beds and the person I spoke to was initially very unhelpful (all other staff were good)

Very convenient hotel for a visit in Disneyland, rooms are basic, but comfortable and had all we needed. Was great to have a bathtub, didn’t expect that! Bed had a hard mattress, which we very much liked for a goodnight sleep after a whole day walking. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was simple but tasty, kids loved the pancake machine! The shuttle was on schedule, just need to be careful that depending on a part of the day it departs from different sides of the road (which is specified on the flyer, just took some brain to figure it out). Would certainly recommend this hotel for a short stay!

The carpets ask for a proper cleaning.

It does what it says on the tin. We only slept there but with a little basic kitchen you can make a cuppa, cook if you wish and there's a fridge. The bus to Disney is 3 minutes walk. There is a fantastic shopping centre 2 minutes walk away and an excellent boulangerie for patisserie in the morning 3 minutes walk away. There are lots of restaurants so you're not tied to Disney. The location was brilliant. It's not posh but you're not paying posh prices! There's an adequate bathroom with a shower, towels are provided and plenty of hot water.

For what we paid, nothing.
