Cast members (staff) are always amazing, the setting is excellent. A lovely place to stay (16 years and counting for us) where is it perfect to relax (and rest!) away from the parcs.

The mini golf should be themed to Disney IP

Cabin was clean (except the floor, but it is February and raining!), shower was good pressure and hot. Heating was very efficient and location was good, didn’t mind the short drive to the Park at all. Double bed was more comfortable than the singles, (they also creaked rather loudly) but with only 2 of us staying in the cabin, we put the spare duvets on the single bed that was in use as mattress toppers, and the comfort factor was hugely improved. Free wifi worked really well. Davy Crockett restaurant was excellent for choice and perfectly acceptable food, not haute cuisine but it’s a theme park, we weren’t expecting that, just tasty, decent food, and that was certainly delivered. Staff everywhere were polite and helpful.

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like to be honest… Cleanliness of floor on arrival over the whole cabin was not great. It is February and we had some rain, but initially it could have been mopped/swept a lot better, particularly since the overall cleanliness of everything else was good. Curtains could be slightly larger for a better fit for privacy and to stop light coming in the sides. It would have been nice for at least 1 channel on the TV to be in English, I realise of course we were in France, but for a Disney park hotel catering for international guests, we were surprised that there was nothing at all.

The staff is nice and willing to do their best. I liked that I asked for a central cabin because we were without a car and they gave us. The shop for food is very average, it could offer better things in terms of food. I think I paid a fair priced stay for a Disney themed but usually it can be very expensive for what it is; that it's supposed to be a camping place that Disney offers as a cheaper on site stay option. So I would check if it's really worth it. Internet coverage is good.

The only coffee maker in the room is very annoying, you have to buy many things just to try to use it and it doesn't work properly. Better just buy it in the morning at the bar. The swimming pool was very cold, even if it's summer it definitely could be warmer, and the broken slide was very annoying because we've been looking forward to it. The meats in the buffet could be better for the very expensive price we pay. Overall the place seems abandoned in some parts and really needs an update (it is in course already!)

I like how the cabins was spaced out . The reception was open 24/7 and the main gate had a security guard 24/7 As we booked through booking.com we did not get our tickets included but we did get magic passes so we was able to get free parking and also early entry in to the park . The baby was very unwell and was sick all over 3 beds we contacted the reception and the sent someone straight away with new bed stuff and they also advised they had rang the drs to make them aware . We was able to speak to a Dr the same night for reassurance

There was no shuttle bid that took you to the park

Great experience and theme. Good distance from the Disney parks and train station for travelling to Paris. Highly recommend for families.

Low lighting, blocked sinks - cabins would benefit from additional maintainence/checks before customers arrived

Absolutely everything was brilliant at this holiday. The resort was fantastic the whole time. It was all incredibly clean, the staff were all so helpful, the pool was awesome fun, the pony rides in the little farm were really lovely for the children, the walk up to the main part of the resort was lovely and relaxing, a little path way off the road with tree cover from the heat, the shop was well stocked, the food in the restaurant was just amazing and so disney special with mickey mouse cheesecakes, pasta, potato shapes etc etc, just so magical here, will definitely come again.

Location & close to everything we needed.

We did not have any fairy liquid or sponge to clean pots on arrival would be nice to have essentials like a toster the one we recieved after asking did not look safe to use. The mattress could of been more comfortable. Carton of milk when arriving late along with enough coffee tea sugar for the night. Also the safety of coming back into the resort where the guys check we are staying their was mostly very good we noticed only one guy was barely bothered with the checks. Hope this helps. 😊

It's 10 min from disney, You can get one hour extra before opening the park.

Loved the retro, quirky style of the lodges. It was clean with adequate space for our family of 5. We felt safe and the facilities were lovely. Shop had what we forgot and kids loved the game area, the playpark and the mini golf. Nice staff and great location. I'd definitely stay there again.

Beds were a bit hard and room hadn't been aired properly in between bookings. Pool was freezing and buffet price was ridiculous for what they offered.

The bungalow is just as expected, compact and neat. Good wifi. - Bedrooms: there are metal bed frames with an normal mattress on top. - Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Simple shower with enough shelves and a nice radiator to dry your clothes or towels. - Kitchen: all kitchenware you need is right there. - Outside: nice parking space. Some bungalows has a larger parking space for two cars. I guess this can be requested at the reception. - Living area: tv has language option. - Pool: cold swimming pool and 3 (connected) jacuzzis. Lockers with codes, no keys or cash needed.

The bungalow floor could use a mop and it makes creak sounds on specific areas. - Bedrooms: the double bed was a bit small if you usually sleep on a king or queen size bed. - Bathrooms: one toilet is inside the bathroom right next to the sink. The sinks had a bad sewage smell. No hair dryer, can be requested. - Kitchen: the top shelf in the fridge is open and didn't expect that part to be a freezer, so it froze our drinks. - Outside: - - Living area: curtain problem with huge gaps in between. Some curtains has velcro to change the placement, so we improvised. - Pool: cold or weak showers, only one (mens side) had a decent temperature.
