Just as expected, nice forest style cabin. Basic but cute and comfy. Good key entry system.

No iron. Dog poo all over our little garden area. But mostly all was good, thank you.

Aqua Mundo Swimming centre is immense. Even with some parts closed and some parts a bit rough around the edges it was still impressive for a holiday park.

Apartment interior was perfectly clean, however the exterior to the apartment area was clearly being neglected. Decking on the balcony very worn and looks to need some oil/UV protection for the wood otherwise i would imagine will only lags a few more years. Also the plants are are left to grow over the walkway, which is nice in parts, but doesn’t seem to be managed by anyone. Some plants becoming trip hazards for toddlers. Broken glass on the path by the communal area was left for our entire stay, and also lift to our block was out of service for 6 of 7 nights, no signage was in place to make you think anyone was aware of this. Reported by myself and other guests during our stay.

Beautiful and clean, and a perfect layout. Plenty of amenities and a full size kitchen. We had a ground floor apartment so benefited from a big outdoor space completely shrouded in plants and trees, very tranquil and nice. There were good shops very close to the apartment, gaming areas and other facilities, and an amazing water park/pool as well as convenient parking throughout. It also felt very safe, happily walking around late at night, well lit, and good security measures when returning from outside. Amazing value for money and will definitely stay again.

The only problem was the general finish of the apartment which had seen better days. Although it didn’t bother us, little things like the lamp being held on with tinfoil, pictures clearly missing from the wall, some lights not working etc. And the bed was the hardest most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever experienced which took a couple of days to get used to. The lack of air conditioning was also a problem as it was around 30 degrees C during our stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent. Lovely gardens and walks. Very tranquil, peaceful, and quiet which enabled a very calm and relaxing stay. We had a lovely stay, although we didn't get much sleep with the heat.

The toilet in the cottage only flushed after a long wait from when it was last flushed. The covers on the outside garden furniture were filthy. The cottage was bright and airy but could have benefited from Air conditioning as it got too hot inside and very uncomfortable to sleep, pillows and bed were not very comfortable either. There was only 1 bedroom with hangers and hanging space for your clothes.

Accommodation lovely, though double bed / pillows weren’t the comfiest! Great sized lodge, lack of full oven was an issue when we purchased things in the onsite shop that couldn’t be cooked in a microwave-oven!!!! A microwave oven is definitely not the same as an oven! Sofa & living room / kitchen area were fab & my daughters loved the jacuzzi bath!

No oven as above Safe didn’t work and no-one ever came to fix it Mattress on double bed was uncomfortable & pillows weren’t great. Sound bar on tv also didn’t work.

This is a true haven for nature lovers especially families. The accommodation is designed with families in mind. There are so many activities indoor and outdoor for kids of all ages and adults alike. Was happy we could rent the golf cart to get around as cottage was a fair distance from the amenities.

The cottage we stayed in could have been cleaner. Amenities were good especially the kitchen which was well equipped but sofa and glass door were dirty with a lot of hand prints. No hand soap available and only one dishwasher tablet. No toilet brush available either. Common amenities were good. Activity center was closed unfortunately so we couldn’t try the wall climbing.

The waterpark is amazing. Tour with rented bikes in the woods and nature (friendly stuff at the bikes) and quick renting. Nice wood walking. Big and comfortable room. Very beautiful sorundings, clean and well keept. Supemarket and restaurants are very good. Overall. Good value for money. 25 minutes with bus to disneyland.

Walking with the sutcaises from the enterance to the room. Should be a shuttle service to the room at least for families that are coming without a car. Entrance staff don't give any information about the soroundings activities and ect... Didn' t have hot water for several hours in the eavning. No answer at the front desk when tryed to call. The security answered and couldn't help to find a solution. Told me to wait till the morning.

Water park is amazing; love the fact that it is indoors. Great variety of food and activities. Mini market on site is a lifesaver. Warm water- so not weather dependent. Are allowed to use the facilities before and after check-in/out which is an added bonus. Accommodation is comfortable and caters to all your needs. Easy access to town via Uber.

Check-in staff was not particularly friendly. No assistance to get to the unit- we did not have a car; had to drag 4 suitcases 2km. All staff are clock watchers- everything has to be exactly on the minute. - if it’s knock off time they would just ignore you. The pool area had a drainage issue- the smell was nauseating. Was clearly not resolved during our stay. Staff on site not particularly friendly or helpful. Lifeguards are overly cautious- you have to literally be next to your child all of the time. No clothing allowed in the pool area- so you can’t go in if you don’t have a costume on which to me was absolute absurd.

The facilities at the resort are fantastic with a short drive to Disneyland. They cottage was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed.

There was clearly a rat infestation near the bin areas which meant we couldn’t open the patio doors

It was perfect for us and our 2 kids ages 5 and 3. They loved the indoor pool facility and water slides which meant that there was always entertainment no matter what the weather. They also enjoyed the farm and the soft play area while we appreciated having a coffee shop nearby. The location was great for getting to disneyland - only a 10 minute drive. Les Nature village provided a break from the hustle of our days spent at disneyland so couldn't have asked for more. The 12 pm check out on a Sunday and ability to use the facilities till later in the evening was also a bonus.

The accommodation had a microwave that was supposed to function as an oven as well but it wasnt very good so we struggled with cooking oven meals that we had prepared in advance. The shower in the accommodation was quite average - it worked but could have been better.
