Very nice hotel, staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment you walked into the reception. It was my little girls birthday so we were heading to Disneyland - your reception staff made her day by allowing her to sit in the car that has Minnie and Mickey Mouse in it - Thank you!! The private taxi back to the airport was great also the taxi driver I believe was called Ilyas, he was so kind and amused my little girl by playing all her favourite songs to the airport!! If you are into your fitness and like to swim the pool area is great and the gym facilities are perfect for working out!! Restaurant - good selection of food - very tasty!! A regular free bus from the reception takes you to right outside Disneyland in roughly 10mins … Room clean and we had a great sleep in the super comfy bed. If we are ever returning to Disneyland we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Well located in a great neighborhood where a lot of restaurants, lakes , and shopping malls are nearby, not to mention the Disney Land, of course. Free shuttle bus to and from the Disney Land. Modern design and spacious lobby. The room has a small kitchenette. Free car parking. Professional spa services.

Me and my family had poor sleep quality during our 4 nights stay. The room was too warm due to insulation. It was unusually warm outside during our stay. We woke up every night with our clothes wet of sweat! I spoke to the receptionists many times. They said that they could not do anything about it as there is a temperature limit that they couldn't go below. I understand this justification if this was a small motel or a hostel. However, this is a large hotel, and customer's satisfaction is more important than money saving by limiting the AC !! Of course, you can not keep windows open due to highway noise. Disney Land is supposedly to be a happy place, so I expected the receptionists to be more friendly and more welcoming! Or at least to give a moment to explain the hotel facilities.

Having been one of the first to stay here last year when it first opened, they have improved things, not that anything was ever bad before. Breakfast had a good selection of foods. There are two large adjoining rooms for breakfast which can cater for lots of people so it didn't feel like everyone was sat on top of each other. They even have a robot which they use to take away the used place settings. We must be lucky because we've been able to get some good deals through Booking.com to get the price reduced from that advertised. All the time this happens we will continue to stay here. :-)

The extra payment for parking our car each night €15. The previous two stays there was no security gate so now at least now that's fitted there is more security.

The property was the right level of busy. Not too quiet.. not too busy to enjoy. We stayed for three nights for Disneyland and couldn’t be happier. We left each day at 9am to get the free shuttle to the resort and got the returning 20:45 shuttle each evening. Because we were a little further out. We were able to get a seat each trip! The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Big sized rooms. Shower and facilities top class. Beds super comfy. Room QR code a bit weird but worked ok. Bar was lovely. Didn’t use the restaurant each day as was up and about but looked beautiful. Don’t have a bad word to say. Perfection. Now can you email the 25% return stay voucher please now the review is complete. #humour

We booked this property very last minute after our AirBnB failed to meet expectations. We got a very good price for 4 nights. The hotel had only been open for 12 days and still had renovation works going on which we were well informed of. The rooms were spotless, the beds the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in and the staff were wonderful. The location is absolutely ideal for families visiting Disney (9 minute drive) or Centre Parcs (3 minute drive) and Val D’Europe shopping centre is also just minutes away. We can’t wait to return to use all of the facilities when the hotel is complete.

Early drilling woke our children BUT this was expected as works were continuing so not the fault of the hotel.

Our family booked a two-night stay at KI Space from May 19th to 21st, but we were so impressed with the service and overall experience that we extended our stay. From the moment we walked into the beautifully decorated reception area, we knew we were in for a treat. Our room was incredibly spacious and perfect for a family of four, including my husband and our two adult sons. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room’s cleanliness met my high standards—it was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Though the hotel is newly opened and the pool and spa area are not yet finished, these upcoming additions promise to make an already wonderful hotel even better. We look forward to experiencing these facilities on our next visit. We had breakfast at the hotel twice, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality, and the restaurant's decor enhanced the dining experience. All the staff were polite and attentive, but we would like to give a special mention to Davide and Hilary at the reception desk. Their friendliness and dedication to ensuring our requests were met made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you both for going above and beyond. In summary, our stay at KI Space was exceptional, and we look forward to returning soon. This hotel comes highly recommended for its impeccable service, comfort, and cleanliness.

The location was wonderful with regular shuttle to take you to Disney Parks. We used the pool everyday which was perfect recovery after much walking. The jets were awesome probably the best indoor pool I have ever experienced. We reserved the breakfast for the last day for the price there wasn't much on offer. We ate at the restaurant, the choice was quite small and I felt it was too overpriced for what you got. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the staff were helpful. Overall our stay here was pleasant

Everything, the location, convenient parking, the staff was very professional and courteous, it was a beautiful hotel, came with everything one could need in the room and more.

Nothing they had could have control over. We wish the pool was open but it is a new property so we understand that it wasn’t anything we could fault them for. They were still under construction.

Been to the hotel for a “3 days at Disney” trip. Location is super close to the park and offers a free shuttle to the park on regular basis. In case you miss the bus you can just call an uber as it is that close! The staff is really friendly and willing to help. The rooms were modern and in good shape. Though it might take a moment to get used to the concrete looking walls. The bed was soft and comfy and the view was amazing to take a look over the parking lot (you’ll never miss a bus). The pool is big enough and is great for relaxing after a day at the park. The built in restaurant was surprisingly good ! Especially the dinner menu was really convincing. Overall had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back when i feel like visiting Disney again! Ill also recommend this place to friends and family.

Breakfast could definitely be improved. Food items were not consistently refilled, and guests often had to wait for hot dishes or even fruits to be replenished once they ran out. At times, there seemed to be limited staff attending the breakfast area, making it necessary to call someone’s attention for refills. Additionally, the restaurant could benefit from offering a wider variety of food options. One area for improvement is the coach shuttle service — the wait times between shuttles were quite long and could be better managed.
