We were very happy with our stay at Eklo Hotel Serris. My daughter and I thought the hotel was fantastic! Just behind the hotel (about a 2-minute walk) there is a bus stop with a direct bus to Disneyland. The fare is €2.50, paid directly to the driver. The train station is about a 20-minute walk away, with a direct train to the center of Paris. The breakfast was very tasty, with a good selection of both savory and sweet options. The ambiance of the hotel is nice and modern. The room was on the smaller side, but had a clean and well-designed bathroom. A hairdryer is available at the reception. The parking area is large and gated. For a 3-star hotel, I give it a 10 out of 10!

Everything was better than expected! I got a private room instead of the sharing one I booked. Room was clean, and cozy. Very close to Disneyland, less than 5 minutes from the bus stop and ride was about 10 - 15 minutes to Disneyland. I could leave for the park early and get back late without any concerns. A very safe place for a solo woman traveler. I found a supermarket about 7 minutes walking where I bought my snacks too, not expensive, really good. They also had a boy who speaks Spanish. I will definitely book again with Eklo Marne La Vallée.

Check in at 3:00 pm and I had to wait till then to use the kitchen. But that's only dislike. It's a great hotel :)

Great Location. 30 mins bus ride direct to Disneyland. Newly Built building in up and coming area. All in all a good hotel for a few days stay. Restaurant downstairs seemed ok and busy, although we didn't use it only for the breakfast included.

Breakfast options all the same everyday but alright for a quick breakfast when out all day. We were there for 6 days and our bedding wasn't changed or room cleaned. the bin was overflowing by last day. . Rooms very small we stayed in a double and the bathroom is tiny we managed as a couple though. . No Tea/coffee making in rooms and no where localy to get any milk to make our own as we always take travel kettle we were charged £2 a time for just a cup of milk.

For the price this place is excellent. It's not a big room with no facilities like fridge or kettle. But it's cheap, clean and convenient. It's got an on-site restaurant where you get a burger and chips and drink for €20. Or plenty of takeaway and sit in places within a 5 minute walk. The 2231 bus stop is 5 minutes walk and gets you to Disney in 10 minutes. Buses every 20 minutes. Bolt is €11. The curtains are motorised but not clearly labelled so something to be mindful of.

The staff trying to sell their Dream maker package of 6 photos and video for €49. But once you said no the sales pitch finished. Guess they are just trying to cash in which is fair enough. The room being small got warm quickly and our stay was October so staying in July August time must be challenging. Not sure if the room has air conditioning because didn't investigate it.

Perfect location for us to go to Disneyland for 2 days. Very close to bus stop or cheap and easy to get ride share when we first got there. Felts super secure and was great to have bag storage as we arrived very early but wanted to go straight to DL.

The bathroom in the room was so so narrow. It was hard to get past the basin without opening the door. Very little hope of getting dressed in the bathroom as there is basically no extra room.

The hotel was definitely on the budget side so I wasn't expecting much, but I was impressed by the functionality and particularly liked the dining and relaxation area which had plenty to keep us entertained when we were waiting for our transfer to the airport. The biggest plus with this hotel is the location and easy transport links to get into the centre of Paris or to Disneyland.

The rooms were small and basic, which is to be expected and was comfortable enough for the price, but I found the small bathroom challenging as someone who is on the bigger side.

For a cheap hotel it does the job! It’s close to Disneyland via bus or Uber. We didn’t try the breakfast or bar but it looked good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no air conditioning for a very small room. The blind was on the outside of the window so anybody could lift it up and look into your room. The window opened out to the hallway to the floor so again, if you open your window anybody can come in

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us as my daughter got sick unfortunately. Was giving out hot water free of charge. Made rice for us. As my daughter got gastroenteritis and could not eat anything. It was ok to use their fridge. Got printed time table for the bus ride to Disneyland. The buss stop is right outside the hotel. Small supermarket just 5min walk from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And their pizza was delicious 😋.

The only thing I did not like so much was that the rooms are really tiny and if you size XL you might not fit in to the bathroom it's so small. And I would definitely paint the walls white as the dark colour make the room look even smaller. But it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also very cheap.

The reception and breakfast area were very nice and well presented. The food at breakfast was also nice.

The rooms were not up to standard at all, walls were painted black giving a dark chilled vibe to the place and there were no carpets in the rooms making you feel like you were in a prison cell. The rooms were too small as well, they should be at least double the size. And you couldn’t really fit in the bathroom. It’s a shame because the hotel has such potential but the rooms are just not up to standard. I would rather them redo the whole property and make the rooms better and then charge more.

The communal area was really nice, easy to access and people were approachable. Room was close by and super close to Disney.

Room was a little small, heater didnt work very well and shower kept flooding.
