Easy to catch the bus both to Disneyland and to Paris, comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Perfect parking .

Missing vegetables for breakfast, lot of sweet things but even no tomatoes or cucumber to put on your bread and you have to come to staff all the time to tell them that plates are empty . Already by 8:30 you won’t find bread or ham and it was messy . I think they need to have extra staff for breakfast time as tin impossible to work in reception and in restaurant in same time. Missing tea and coffee facilities in the room and water glass

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean towels provided every day. Breakfast was great. Location was excellent - bus all the way into Disney from the village and back.

There seemed to be a drainage problem at the hotel as the shower filled up and took ages to drain. We asked for a sink plug so the kids could get a wash (12yr and 10yr old not keen to shower - did so once in the week we were there) but were told that they had to remove them from all rooms. This just meant that keeping them clean was a bit trickier.

We just used this hotel for one night before flying home after staying onside at Disney for 3 days/nights. It was close to Disney, cost 12e and 10 minutes in an Uber to get there and then 50e and 45 minutes to get to CDG the next morning. Clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast choices that we were able to help ourselves to early before we left. It was very quiet and the staff were helpful bringing more pillows when we asked. Good shower and plenty of towels for the 4 of us. Also liked that there was 1 double and 2 full size single beds in the room. We are travelling as 2 adults and 2 older teenagers and a lot of family rooms are 2 double beds which is more difficult.

There was no kettle in the room. It wasn't listed on the facilities but I had obviously over looked that and just assumed there would be. However, the ladies on reception were happy to make us a hot drink where we arrived from the breakfast coffee machine which was only 2e.

Breakfast was continental buffet with limited options but what was offered was as good a quality as I have seen from a chain hotel like this.

There wasn't much in the local neighbourhood except for the restaurant next door. But the town centre was a 10/15 minute walk away with a good bakery and a supermarket. We were using public transport for the whole stay and the local bus service wasn't good enough in my opinion and ended up using Uber as the price was similar for a family trip. Next time I'd hire a car instead.

There was no much selections with breakfast options however, if you enjoy bread for breakfast you will have enough to select from. Room size was excellent just as described in the picture. Very quite hotel which makes night time very peaceful. All the staff at the reception was kind and friendly. Apologise once again as we lost the room swap card on the day of checkout.

There should have been kettle for parents with kids incase we need to make baby meals. I had to go downstairs for hot water which was quite risky as i was using the lifts. Room 114 toilet will need a thick bleach cleaning as there was a dark patch stain when you look further down the toilet.

The room was lovely, beds comfy, receptionist on arrival was so lovely. The location is great for Disneyland Paris if you are driving.

Only negative was breakfast- whilst absolutely delicious for people in party with no allergies - there was a card saying ask reception for allergy information. The person on reception had no idea about this, despite showing them the card - this meant person with allergies was limited to eating things with packaging - so had very limited choice.

Good standard hotel. Room was good sized. Quadruple for family of 4. Great spacious bathroom and shower. Air conditioner worked well in our room. Excellent location to Disney parks, restaurants, train station, shopping. Easy on/off highway and easy drive to Disneyland. Staff was friendly enough though not much interaction. Breakfast was very simple but adequate. Free parking on site.

Carpet in the room was worn and stained, needs replacement. The sink drain was slow. Extra toilet tissue would be nice.

I really liked the behavior of the staff, especially the guy in the morning, who was very helpful in assisting me with exploring the tourist places in the city. I also commend the initiative to help find a cab to take me to the airport early in the morning.

The room was not clean. It seems that the staff only fixed the bed sheets. They did not sweep the carpet and the number of towels replaced was less than the number of guests staying in the room.

The hotel was within a short bus trip to all the shopping centres, supermarket & Disneyland . The staff were very helpful, many couldn't speak much English but there was always someone on hand that could. The breakfast was only continental but it was beautiful & a wide range to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel 100% & we would definitely stay there again.

The only issue I did have while staying at the hotel was, if you drank tea there were facilities, yet like myself that only drinks coffee then I had to pay 2€ for half a cup which I found disappointing. There were no kettles in the rooms but apparently the fench don't issue them I was told.

The hotel was very clean and fairly modern. I was a bit concerned knowing it was a 'pet friendly' hotel, however room was very clean and no signs of pets previously in room. Location was close to Disneyland and train station (approx. 20 mins bus ride away). Very helpful young man on reception during the nights (unfortunately I didn't get his name).

Only downside was breakfast which was very limited.
