Lovely clean hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful lobby/bar and reception area. The rooms were spacious with plenty of USB ports and power sockets. An enjoyable stay.

Breakfast is very busy, but travelled in peak season so expected. Shuttle busses to Disney from hotel are extremely busy, and felt quite dangerous on times due to the amount of people pushing and shuffing to get on, with little regard for small children and babies in pushchairs, we opted for uber's back to the hotel in the evenings.

This hotel is amazing! You walk in the door and you are hit with a warm inviting sweet scent that is unique to the lobby. The bar/seating area (pictures of the blue room) is decorated with screens that change from one scene to another depending on the time of day. The restaurant for breakfast/dinner is quite big and menu has something for everyone's taste. The reception has a screen showing the shuttle times to the Disney village/parks so that guests know when to expect one to arrive. The rooms are basic but the beds are very comfortable. Staff prefer not to have to clean the room every day though. Our room was on the 3rd floor (2nd last room in the hotel). It was amazingly quiet. One thing I thought was great was the fact that if your room is not ready when you arrive, they give you a key card to a luggage storage room close to the front door. You can put your bags in there and then hit the parks without having to drag bags with you. The key card works for the duration of your stay.

The elevators were extremely slow as the programme on them could easily be disrupted by kids tapping lots of buttons. The hot water was "capped" at below 50degrees so that meant it was hard to have a good hot bath after a cold day in the parks! The shuttle bus being used by the hotel was hard to distinguish from other busses as it was not marked or sign posted in anyway to indicate what hotels it served or where it stopped/picked up from at the Disney village.

The staff at Grand Magic hotel are awesome. They were always professional and helpful. They did their best to solve any issues straight away. We all loved the cool screen features in the main room downstairs and it is awesome to have a free shuttle to Disneyland.

Through no fault of the hotel there are so many people going in and out to Disneyland at all hours and therefore there is a lot of noise from 6am in the morning and through till 1am at night every night - if you’re not doing these same hours it is hard to get some sleep! The air conditioning doesn’t run very cold - whilst staff kindly gave us fans it was still too hot for us in our room. Lastly it would be awesome if they dedicated a space for smokers so we didn’t have to smell it everytime we opened a window or went outside.

We stayed the night before our Disney hotel stay, the hotel was beautiful, we had some amazing photos… it was really lovely sitting in the bar and watching the theme change… really magical. You can order food at the bar or have the buffet. We did the buffet and I felt there was lots to choose from and I enjoyed what I ate. Drinks was a little expensive but what you would expect. I would stay again.

The rooms were a little tired but nothing major, we was happy with our room. There was only one pillow each on the bed, which I guess some people wouldn’t mind. Water pressure in the room was also low for the shower

The hotel was magical from the moment you arrived. It smelt beautiful. The lady on the front desk was so lovely. We had no issues with any of the staff and found them helpful and very polite. We had a family suite and found it great. Spacious enough for 4 of us. And clean! The only issue we had was that the pillows were small and only one provided. Breakfast was busy but manageable. Scrambled eggs were delicious, and the croissants and melted Nutella went down well each morning. Drinks machines provided fresh juice or coffee/ latte /hot chocolate, etc, all very cold/hot and refreshing. The shuttle arrived directly outside. We didn't use it due to reading some horror stories about the shuttle buses. We used Bolt (similar to Uber) to get us to and from Disneyland, and the cost was approx €10 each way. This was well worth it to us. We 100% would stay here again.

Our room was quite close to the lifts, so we could hear I assume more than usual foot traffic from people coming and going. They could be quite loud! The lift needed oiling also. The constant squeaks from it being used, going up and down became annoying, especially when trying to get to sleep, as it was still being used into the early hours. Other than that, our stay was brilliant. We 100% stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience! We had a truly wonderful stay at all the hotels we booked during our trip. Each property exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and service. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and very accommodating to our needs. Rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and worry-free stay. We also appreciated the attention to detail—from smooth check-in processes to the thoughtful amenities provided. The locations of the hotels were also ideal—close to transportation, major attractions, and good dining options. Our overall experience was seamless and enjoyable from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend these hotels to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future!

The hotel has a wonderful vibe for families with young children. Just like the name states, it feels magical! We had 2 adjoining rooms and the kids LOVED the fun bunkbeds. We appreciated the free shuttle bus to and from DisneyParis. It was punctual and always had room for us to get on. We utilized the free luggage storage room while we were at DisneyParis. We took the RER-A train to DisneyParis, and then left on the Eurostar train to Brussels. This hotel was definitely worth it, in order to avoid paying more at a hotel closer to the park. With the free shuttle bus, it didn't feel far away at all.

Our room was huge - we were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was ok, what you'd expect from a hotel in this area where kids are the main customers (bowls of Nutella everywhere). Had dinner at the bar, the portions were really big and the food was good. Shuttle was super convenient, crowded of course, if you go at the peak times, but it's a very short journey. Overall, the hotel is spacious and has a nice outdoor territory.

You can tell that there is some renovation required. The bathroom in our room could def use a makeover - it's clean and all but just too tired. Toiletries should be upgraded (have separate shampoo and shower gel, throw in a conditioner and maybe a small body lotion). Also would prefer to have proper coffee mugs and not paper cups.

Loved the Magical ambience, the dinner buffet was good.Loved the exotic dishes like escargot and mussels along with other cuisines. Rice was also served for breakfast !! The rooms were clean,it was cleaned everyday with the towels changed. Great view. The magical ambience welcoming us with the lights are just mesmerising. We can sit and stare at them all day. The swimming pool was lovely although quite compact. Quite close to the Disneyland and the Euro star station which was brilliant. The staff were friendly and very willing to help.

The toilets werent updated. There were cracks in the sink and commode. The elevator button was pushed into the socket and it was only repaired after a whole 24 hours after.By which time we had to use the stairs.

The changing scenery in the bar area was cool. Good seating in buffet area, and choice options. Beds comfortable. View was nice. Staff friendly. Free Shuttle bus to and from the park.

The only pillows we got were 2 small square pillows. Did ask for more, advised would send some up straight away, but never came. But I still had a great night sleep. There is not a lot of storage space. Vending machine options are not great unless you want lollies or chocolate. Shuttle bus gets super packed in both directions, and wait time is crazy. We ended up paying for the Taxi €20 when we travelled with luggage.
