Room in Jesse James block. There was plenty of space, 2 very comfortable double beds, a seat, a desk, and a handy coffee maker & kettle. It was spotlessly clean, and well themed to Toy Story. There were more plug sockets than I am used to in Disney hotels which was a pleasant surprise. It was certainly more modern than I had anticipated. There was a great gift shop close by and a Starbucks and the walk to the parks wasnt too long. The room was also quiet considering lots of people walk past it outside. It was a room ‘near facilities’ so not far to reception, the shop, restaurant etc

One of the curtains was hanging off the pole and there was a bench right outside my window, as it was next to the walkway into the parks. I wasn’t keen on the food at the restaurant, some of it was cold and not very well cooked and the queues to walk round the food offerings was long! Also you pay up front here, and go to the bar to buy your own drinks, rather than having table service as at the other hotel restaurants and your drinks brought to you and out on a tab to pay at the end. Felt like the low more budget hotels didn’t expect people to be able to pay? Didn’t apply to me but there are no lifts and there is no pool if that’s what you’re looking for.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all necessary amenities. The shower and tub were the absolute highlight of our evening stay. The water was warm and the water pressure was perfect. It was wonderful to have a warm, comfortable, and relaxing shower after our long day at Disneyland. The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She was able to get a late check out for us since, which was very helpful since we arrived past midnight after leaving Disneyland. The walk from Disneyland to the hotel was very pleasant as well. In addition, there was still 1 take-out restaurant open and we were able to buy some delicious pizza and cold water for our family. The air conditioning also worked very well and kept us all cool throughout our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we needed to leave for our next destination in France.

There was no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage and strollers up the stairs. It was hot in the hallways, so it was a workout getting our belongings up to our room. It really wasn't a big deal, but only a mild inconvenience.

The easy way to visit the park because it was next to it! The buildings were like a town of the old wild west! There was an auto laundry that was very useful (we needed to clean and dry some clothes). The buses were coming every 10 minutes and the distance from hotel to park was 3 minutes. There was option after we checked out to leave the baggages to safe place the hotel kept them and could visit again the park at our spare time. Magic shuttle bus from airport stops in front of the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel don't offer a pick up transfer from/at airport. You have to arrange the transer at your own.

The location was super! 7mins walk into the park. The place is absolutely spotless, both the hotel and the grounds of it. Having the magic hours to get into the park before the general public was fantastic! Would defo recommend and return again. We were there for 6 nights in total and dined at the buffet 1 night. We went to the parks for 3 days, 2 days into Paris & 1 day at Sealife in Val d'Europe

I have a fussy eater, so after paying for the buffet he didn't really like anything. He had the steak but it was very tough. If they put on burgers or chicken goujons it would have been perfect!

The atmosphere was really charming. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was appreciated, although it was also close enough to walk on a couple of occasions, which was great too. We also really appreciated being able to leave our bags at the left-luggage office all day before check-in.

The dining options (buffet or pizza) were a bit limited: we'd love to have had the choice of à la carte cuisine. It would be great if a blanket could be provided as an alternative to the duvet.

Loved the theming was very fun. The onsite restaurant was great for dinner, really tasty large range of mains and the deserts were amazing! didn’t try the breakfast. The shuttle busses came really regularly and one morning was really busy so we chose to walk and was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the parks! We arrived at the bus depot the same time as shuttle bus we chose not to get on. All in all the perfect cheaper option for a Disney hotel

I loved the concept of being in a Wild West village . It really gave you a feeling of being back in time with a modern twist . The buildings being separate and named after cow boys and girls was awesome. Very friendly saloon staff as well . Loved the touch of being able to relax after a long magical day at Disneyland by having a lovely cocktail .

The only thing I could complain about was the price of the restaurant. But that’s really the only thing .

We loved the property and the cowboy theme, or room was good and we loved all the autumn decoration. It was very nice to see the ponys outside in the morning and the country saloon bar was great. Nice walk to Disney village and parks, lovely scenery all around and quick walk to other hotels.

We would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room as the breakfast offer at the hotel was too expensive for us. It would have been good if the tv in the room had Disney+ or other smart tv options (eg. Netflix) available. The Starbucks on site was good but it took a long time to be served/receive our drinks at busy times.

Location of hotel was fantastic and the shuttle bus comes every 10 minutes to take you to the park and was never too busy, (although we went off peak in Feb). The rooms are basic, but you get a kettle. I think you get a bit more than what you pay for due to location alone (if you are specifically staying to visit Disneyland Paris). The Starbucks in the hotel was handy and we ate in the restaurant on the last evening which was very nice, great choices for kids and adults (buffet style). Check-in was smooth and informative. You appreciate the extra 'magic hour' in the mornings you get in the park for staying at this hotel, means you can tackle some of the larger queues before the public arrive.

Feathered pillows are a no from us, but we did find alternatives in the drawers. The hairdryer is one attached to the wall in the bathroom and isn't very good. The hotel didn't replenish the water or tea/ coffee and none of the 4 keys were working by the end of our trip.
