Perfect location for day trips to Paris and Disneyland. Breakfast was amazing - great quality and plenty of it. The reception staff were very helpful. Free shuttle bus to and from the station was very useful.

We weren't impressed at having to pay for parking - we felt this should have been free for guests staying at the hotel.

The restaurant staff were always checking around the tables and guests at breakfast times I felt like I was back at primary school...45 years ago. Didn't feel particularly relaxed inside restaurant It was as though the staff were thinking you were going to eat too many croissants My wife was NOT allowed to even bring her hand bag inside the restaurant In my 45 years of traveling the world, I have never never been told not to bring a small personal bag inside a restaurant area. This was really poor from Hotel management.

Proximity to Disney, free shuttle bus, farm on site, rooms spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good, decent choice and good value. Options for dinner were good and prices were ok. We were able to get dinner late in the restaurant and the bar served food late too. Great for that we needed for a few days at Disney.

Arcades in the hotel reception and bar needed token and you're only able to purchase these with cash. Shuttle bus was a bit manic at times but that isn't the hotel's fault. Room was a little cool and heating didn't work too well.

Location was perfect with free shuttle bus to Disney plus a bonus is this hotel gets on the bus first (so it’s empty) and off the bus first on the return journey! Perfect! Breakfast nice (although recommend using the microwave to warm it up), lovely friendly staff. The local Rose wine in the bar is great and great value and the pizzas are delicious! Bar staff friendly too.

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable but they really need a mirror in the main bedroom. We were a family of 5 and this was an inconvenience. Hairdryer and kettle would have been better too. The hotel advertises a petting farm but you cannot pet or feed the animals. Breakfast was cold but not a problem for us as we heated it in the microwave.

It had everything we needed and close to Disneyland park

Not enough shuttles running as this is shared between the hotels on this road so maybe 2 a time would help with the heavy flow of traffic, we had to use bolt because we couldn’t physically fight with others to get on the bus when having a baby and pram with us , sitting in lounge waiting for taxi to airport and staff told us couldn’t sit there if not buying anything , although we had been in and bought plenty over the duration of our stay and the place was empty , we did then buy to be able to sit but thought was rather cheeky considering it was empty

The continental inclusive breakfast was fantastic. Many options to cater for all fussy eaters. Dinner was delicious and filling.The little farm was an added bonus as was the games room. The staff were friendly and the rooms serviced daily. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was great. The luggage storage area was fantastic and so easy to use.

The free shuttles could get full really quickly to the point that there was no point in waiting for the next one as it would be just as full and you’d be waiting forever. The shuttle is shared between 3 hotels and at busy times we were packed in like sardines. Additionally, people weren’t required to fold their prams. So much space was taken up with all these prams with kids sitting in them. They should be stricter in ensuring prams are folded down. Not only to make more room but for safety as well.

I’m fine with the policy of not taking food from a buffet restaurant. This hotel bans bags at breakfast time. We were stopped from leaving the restaurant whilst eating a croissant as if we were doing a criminal act. We were in a rush to get the bus so decided to eat it whilst on the move. We didn’t stockpile. The staff are following the rules of no food allowed to be taken, however common sense should be applied when witnessing the person eating it as they walk.

Lovely clean hotel. The breakfasts were lovely and most of the staff were extremely helpful especially the reception. Food in the restaurant although higher price was tasty and plentiful. The rooms were small but a great base for disney. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Easy shuttle bus from hotel and supermarket 10mins walk away. The mini farm was an added bonus for the kids

The odd member of staff were rude. One at the restaurant, female with blonde hair was extremely abrupt and unhelpful. A fridge in the room would have been a bonus for keeping drinks cold for return from disney.

My husband is disabled and we were given an access room, meaning ths room was wider room with patio doors and a wet room with stool, which is a massive benefit for him The staff members are lovely, friendly and put up with us speaking terrible French! The breakfast was the same every day, felt it needed more fruit and more cereal choices. There was plenty of food at all times. The bus to the park runs almost every 10 minutes, just be aware upon your return, you will get squashed as everyone fights for a place. An added bonus was that there were animals on site, goats, shetlands pony, rabbits and lamas. There is also a smaller Disney shop, Starbucks, bar, and restaurant. There is also a shop where you can buy toothpaste etc if you have forgotten it. Very easy to find, should you choose to walk to the parks, then should take you roughly 30 minutes. There is a Carrefour a mile and half away if you want to buy a kettle, coffee/tea and milk.

Our television did not have any signal which didn't really bother us and we did mention it to Reception. Our clothes and bed were damp, we believe from tje air conditioning unit. This was also mentioned to Reception.

The hotel was quite good located. The free shuttle was very useful. Room facilities were quite ok for what you pay. Restaurant and breakfast was quite good.

The moket in room it was having a kind of smell which needs to be checked. The rest was quite ok.
