Perfect location for day trips to Paris and Disneyland. Breakfast was amazing - great quality and plenty of it. The reception staff were very helpful. Free shuttle bus to and from the station was very useful.

We weren't impressed at having to pay for parking - we felt this should have been free for guests staying at the hotel.

Convenient to Disneyland Paris Free shuttle bus Clean room

The restaurant staff were always checking around the tables and guests at breakfast times I felt like I was back at primary school...45 years ago. Didn't feel particularly relaxed inside restaurant It was as though the staff were thinking you were going to eat too many croissants My wife was NOT allowed to even bring her hand bag inside the restaurant In my 45 years of traveling the world, I have never never been told not to bring a small personal bag inside a restaurant area. This was really poor from Hotel management.

Proximity to Disney, free shuttle bus, farm on site, rooms spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good, decent choice and good value. Options for dinner were good and prices were ok. We were able to get dinner late in the restaurant and the bar served food late too. Great for that we needed for a few days at Disney.

Arcades in the hotel reception and bar needed token and you're only able to purchase these with cash. Shuttle bus was a bit manic at times but that isn't the hotel's fault. Room was a little cool and heating didn't work too well.

Breakfast was always amazing. Plenty of good food. Totally recommended for family. Good food for kids and adults. The service in the restaurant buffet, great by or cool amico. for the bus to get us to Disneyland, they got a shared deal with other hotels nearby, then the free shuttle to and from Disneyland is very pleasant. No way to complain about it. The room was good enough for 4 members. The place, 100% satisfaction.

We understand farm animals can be scared if you let kids stay with them, touching them and playing. However it would have been nice if at least the hotel could provide certain hours with qualified personal and let the kids be inside the farm and enjoy the animals.

The room we got was fantastic. Not a big room but with enough space for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. The whole hotel complex is bigger than what it seems in the pictures in Booking. The free Disney shuttle is the best way to reach Disneyland Paris in around 10 minutes. BUT, if you stay until Disney closes, be patient because there will be literally hundreds of people waiting for that same shuttle who will want to board it to go back to your same hotel.

The only thing I did not like was the food from the evening restaurant. It is a complex that needs to serve breakfast to hundreds of persons each morning before the majority of them jump into the free Disney shuttle. So the quality of the food is good but with functionality in mind. And it is catered with children in mind -which there will be many of-. So don't expect the quality of the food to be at the level of other hotels. Still, they have everything you need for breakfast. But in the evening, that same restaurant is catered almost in the came manner; with children in mind. So in my opinion it is overpriced for the quality of the food you receive. Still, I would highly recommend this hotel specially to families.

Location was perfect with free shuttle bus to Disney plus a bonus is this hotel gets on the bus first (so it’s empty) and off the bus first on the return journey! Perfect! Breakfast nice (although recommend using the microwave to warm it up), lovely friendly staff. The local Rose wine in the bar is great and great value and the pizzas are delicious! Bar staff friendly too.

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable but they really need a mirror in the main bedroom. We were a family of 5 and this was an inconvenience. Hairdryer and kettle would have been better too. The hotel advertises a petting farm but you cannot pet or feed the animals. Breakfast was cold but not a problem for us as we heated it in the microwave.

This hotel was everything we needed for a day trip to Disneyland Paris. We arrived early in the morning (before the park opened) and were able to store our bags there. We then took a shuttle to the park, spent the day, and came back to crash at the hotel. Check in was easy, and the room was everything we needed it to be. The breakfast was of pretty average quality, but, again, it was all we needed before taking the train back to Paris. Shuttle worked perfectly, and we really appreciated it.

This place was fine and all we needed, but it's not a luxury experience. Just keep that in mind! Breakfast is cafeteria-like. Still, we were there for the park and just needed a place to stay. This more than served that purpose.

It had everything we needed and close to Disneyland park

Not enough shuttles running as this is shared between the hotels on this road so maybe 2 a time would help with the heavy flow of traffic, we had to use bolt because we couldn’t physically fight with others to get on the bus when having a baby and pram with us , sitting in lounge waiting for taxi to airport and staff told us couldn’t sit there if not buying anything , although we had been in and bought plenty over the duration of our stay and the place was empty , we did then buy to be able to sit but thought was rather cheeky considering it was empty

Check in quickly after an arrival at 1230AM. Room was clean and just what we needed. Breakfast buffet, really good, same idea as the disney hotels! Staff pleasant :) Shuttle to parks (only one way, we didnt experience late night after fireworks shuttle) with 2 suitcases and a double pram - no bother. Stayed one night before checking into our onsite disney hotel. (we have never stayed offsite before so thought this would be a good way to judge) After staying here for one night, would definitely consider staying here for duration of our time in disneyland.

No air con in room - was pretty toasty (was during the hottest weather in July) but we managed.

The continental inclusive breakfast was fantastic. Many options to cater for all fussy eaters. Dinner was delicious and filling. The little farm was an added bonus as was the games room. The staff were friendly and the rooms serviced daily. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was great. The luggage storage area was fantastic and so easy to use.

The free shuttles could get full really quickly to the point that there was no point in waiting for the next one as it would be just as full and you’d be waiting forever. The shuttle is shared between 3 hotels and at busy times we were packed in like sardines. Additionally, people weren’t required to fold their prams. So much space was taken up with all these prams with kids sitting in them. They should be stricter in ensuring prams are folded down. Not only to make more room but for safety as well.
